First Jimmy John’s I’ve visited and the one that started it all. It’s spacious and mostly clean. The sandwiches are always good. I’m in love with their Italian sandwiches and shredded lettuce. All about that shredded lettuce life! Since I live in NYC, I have no access to Jimmy John’s but when I come to Orlando I always find a way to get some of this. They’re open super late by the way!

Great, friendly staff at a typical Jimmy Johns. Nothing special, but the staff make it one of the better JJ’s around. Good, fast sandwiches.

I work upstairs and we tend to go for Jimmy’s because they are fast and efficient. We’ve done big orders for the entire company and have ordered just for our department. I have also ordered personally both, in-store and online. AND I have eaten in and outside the restaurant. Have never noticed the drivers rush in and out or be rude, so not sure about the other comments on here. They do come in and out fast and just like any other«Jimmy» or «John» we all speed and don’t always look where we are going. Variety is good with traditional sub bread, multi-grain sandwich bread and the«unwich» that is a lettuce wrap. They can customize the sandwich if need be and condiments are okay. I do wish they offered regular mustard verses the spicy brown stuff, but that won’t keep me from giving them 5 stars. Love their oatmeal cookies!!!

I love Jimmy John’s but this location is not the best. I noticed that they didn’t have any super fast signs and I found out why: THISLOCATIONISNOTFAST. The workers were simply taking their time and chatting away while making the sandwiches. It disgraces the sandwich chain’s main moral: speed. However, the food is just as great, but it just takes longer to get your food

I have always been a fan of Jimmy John’s and this location is no exception. You get the same quality as you’d expect from every other location, it’s clean, and it’s fast! They have always gotten my order right and have been friendly each and every time. If you’ve never had a JJs before — they’re quality ingredients, good freshly made bread, and have a humorous tongue-in-cheek vibe about all the stuff they put up in the store. If you’re worried about this location, realize that the lower ratings come from reviewers that whine about things unrelated to the food — «boo, I was out of the delivery area» — in its location in tourist central I understand they have to be limited, an extra mile could be an extra 5 minutes each way for a driver, plus them not bending to your whim doesn’t mean it’s bad food. «They had delivery drivers moving through the store at lunch hour» … really? You expect them to stop deliveries so you aren’t inconvenienced in line? Get over it. My point is, don’t go off the artificially low rating and give this place a try. You won’t be disappointed.

Place is fresh, but super bland and they carry no salt or pepper. Ordered their Vito sandwich and it tasted like nothing. Plain white bread, lettuce and thin meat. Bland as it sounds. You are way better at Subway if you want flavor(or like a little salt or pepper on your sandwich). Disappointing first and last visit.

Really? My neighborhood is literally on the cutoff road for delivery drivers and the guy placing the order wouldn’t work with me even when my order was for 7 people. Come on guys… You can’t go the extra step for a loyal costumer? Well, looks like I’ll be enjoying the competition from now on.

I love Jimmy John’s, but unfortunately I am going to have to give this location a thumbs down. To sum it all up: Beware — Food Poisoning I will sadly not be going to JJ’s for a while. I should be giving this place a one star, but I really do mean it when I say I love JJ’s. so I am going to give an honest 2 stars.

I ordered a sandwich and I second Christina C: When they say fast, they mean fast! I placed an online order on their website for a sandwich and chips around 11:40 and about 12 minutes later, I had my sandwich in my hand! Very impressive! And the driver was so polite; he even thanked me for the tip that I added on my card(I guess most people don’t tip or something? He was over the moon about it!) Definitely a great choice for late night delivery if you want something besides pizza.

When they say they are fast, they mean fast! We had a couple minutes to stop here on our way to a half marathon and decided we should grab a turkey sandwich. Four of us were in and out in less than 10 minutes! I love the bread. It makes the sandwich. I got a turkey sandwich and substituted dijon mustard for mayonnaise. It was about 6:30 p.m. when we were there and it was absolutely empty. That’s not good for them, but that is awesome for when you’re in a hurry!

Here’s the thing with Jimmy John’s, it’s not rocket science, they have not reinvented the wheel or sliced bread for that matter. It is just a sandwich, quick and made to order. We usually come to this spot because it is convenient in our lunch hour. The sandwiches are alright and the price is reasonable. However, it is not just about the food, it is also about the experience, and here is where this Jimmy John’s fails miserably. During lunch hour, their delivery guys are running in and out like manics, cutting through the line without even excusing themselves and driving out of the parking lot. I have been nearly run over or hit at least a couple of times. Did they not learn anything from Domino’s Pizza in the late 80’s, of course these snots weren’t even around back then. I truly hope management reins in this kind of behavior, if the word gourmet is going to be somewhere in your name and you are trying to set yourself apart from the competition, you need to behave better, not worse.

It’s open till 3am if you get the munches. You can opt for the lettuce wrap instead of bread for the carb conscience people, like myself. The meats are fresh and the veggies are crisp and fresh. Great food!

I love jimmy johns but I’m disappointed that they will not allow you to order hot peppers on the side anymore. I love those peppers! They need to change this.

It’s your typical Jimmy John’s. They have their usual delicious subs. Hit up the #12 Beach Club, hold the mayo and tomatoes, add dijon and peppers. It’s delicious. By the time I’m done paying, the sub is usually ready. This JJ’s is right near work which is perfect if I want a quick lunch.

Their definition of gourmet and mine must be different. And I’m absolutely certain my mom makes a better BLT — any of my 4 dogs could. It was basically a lettuce sandwich with a little bacon on it. The bread was fresh though. The total was something like $ 6.57, so I gave the guy $ 20.02. Took a couple of minutes, and the help of another worker, to get the correct change.
