Recently, I has the opportunity to get dinner at this Subway after doing some shopping at Publix. I have to admit in most Subway’s in this area, service is typically slow. Enter Shannon… an amazing team member that was extremely attentive professional, efficient and just super nice! Regardless of the amount of people that were in the restaurant, she tried her best to be as quick as possible to get everybody on their way. She was the only person that I saw working in the restaurant at the time and she didn’t even break a sweat. I also noticed that as she made the sandwiches she also took two seconds to clean up after herself to keep the area spotless. I had the opportunity to see her Interact with some children that came into the restaurant. Again, she was a natural. She was so good I had to ask if she was a manager. I would appreciate it if you can recognize her for a job well done. The only disappointing aspect of my visit had nothing to do with her but all about the condiments you offer for your sandwiches. Since you have Buffalo chicken, I strongly suggest you offer blue cheese dressing for the sandwich. More importantly… You should offer ketchup for your steak and cheese. Granted you have packets… and Shannon went above and beyond by opening and putting on four of them… It should be offered in a bottle form. Finally I’m very disappointed that you took away the barbecue sauce which went well on my roasted chicken with mayo. Anyway thank you for reading my review!

We hate this Subway. No on ever picks up the phone and its always understaffed! There is one really nice lady that works there but everyone else we have seen is always in a bad mood and slow. When you have numerous other sub shops and food choices in the middle of «restaurant row», you need to pick up your game guys. Just because you have a recognizable Brand, doesnt mean we will give you our money! Hopefully the proprietor of this location will read this and make some changes. Good luck!

Not the quickest service, and it’s a tad difficult to get to(the shopping center is currently under renovation and parking is congested and somewhat limited). But it’s Subway — you pretty much know what you’re going to get as far as the product. I’ve been to this location a couple of times to grab lunch(it’s near my office) and one thing in particular I’ve noticed is the layout was very poorly planned. The set-up basically causes the line – if it’s backed up – to bleed into the dining area, and the drink fountain is literally right next to the payout/cash register. So if you have someone at the fountain filling up their drink, it causes a back up. Like I said, you pretty much know what to expect when you go to Subway. It is what it is. This location in the Dr. Phillips area of Orlando is no different.
