My first clue about this place should have been five people dressed in Wendy’s uniforms congregated out front. I’m not entirely certain if they were off of work and just hanging about or all on a break at the same time. Either way it didn’t present well. After I ordered my son’s food I received the very bored, very disinterested ‘anything else?’ After I ordered my daughter’s food, I received the same very bored, very disinterested ‘anything else?’. After I ordered my food it was the same thing. I don’t mind the question but when I say«that will be all», that really will be all! If you need to ask if there will be anything else at least act like you need your job and be polite and engaged. The food we received was cold. The woman at the window didn’t say one word to us. Not your total is, have a nice day, have a bad day, nothing. It’s amazing to me that they’re allowed to interact with customers this way. My sixteen year old son who is generally oblivious to what happens around him asked why she was so rude. Fix it Wendy’s or you’ll be out of business rather quickly in this prime location.

This is by far the best run Wendy’s in Orlando and I have been to most of them over the past 40 years. Excellent management and service…

Disappointing food! Chicken nuggets tasted so bitter went on the garbage, deluxe was horrible. Just disappointing, spend 5 bucks and watched it all go to waste. Defitnally will be a while before I walk to another Wendy’s!

This Wendy’s is very conveinient for me to go to …5 minutes from where I live. The service has always been 100% here… My orders have always been correct and always have been fast with orders. Only bad time was when I ordered chili and they said they had no more and wouldn’t for an hour. I would have thought if they we’re running low they’d have another in the back cooking. Anyways what I always order is a large chili, large fries, cheese sauce on side(for fries), and two of the 5 piece $ 1 spicy nuggets w/bbq sauce… absolutely and all this will cost less than $ 10 and definitely fill you up!
