THE longest time I have ever waited at a McDonalds! The food is good but absolutely no organization. BEWARE! However, the game room upstairs is awesome.

From the outside this location appears to be huge. While it is 2 stories, the only thing that really separates it from other Mickey D’S. Is their arcade room. Would I come again, ummmmmm probably not. Concept is kinda cool thougj.

Your staff are so busy checking their phones that you have to interrupt them to get your onscreen order correct in the bag. Kids can’t get help upstairs because they are on their phones I stood in front of an active register for 5 minutes trying to order at mc café before a duty manager came to tell me that section was closed and she couldn’t help me. This McDonalds is better than most McDonald’s we have been to. A two story building that has the play area upstairs and games. Downstairs you would figure they’d have the same old McDonald’s food which is burgers and fries. To our surprise it was much more. From the original McDonald’s menu, u can create your own burger or chicken sandwich. That was nice. They also have a fresh pizza and pasta station… What?! Not at McDonald’s?! Yes it’s true. The chefs(yes, chefs) cook the pizza in a coal burning oven and make the pasta in front of you. We were impressed. Not enough to give it a try tho lol. The only negatives are the new ordering system. You don’t order thru a person. They have large touch screen ordering to speed up orders and a do it yourself way to pay. To me it takes the customer service out of ordering and the touch screen kept having issues to where we had to use a different one. They do have people there to help you while you are ordering but I think the old way. That’s just me.

This was a nice McDonalds with a big play place and an arcade. I found it interesting that this one served up pizzas and pasta as well as the normal McDonald’s menu. The downstairs was normal Mcdonald but then you go up the stairs there was an arcade and oversized play place along with a area you could rent for partys. Something I found out after we ate downstairs there are places to eat upstairs but it is very limited and noisy with the play place and arcade. If we decided to eat Mcdonald again I would come back.

I grew up in Orlando, so I remember this location since way back when. .. over 20 years or so ago. First impression of the renovation? Well, as stated in my check in, «whoa, über modern!» First off, you order on a machine. After that, you have to get in another line to pay. After that, there’s an additional line just to actually get your food. As my husband said, «it’s way more complicated than it has to be!» I’d definitely have to agree. Personally, I’ve never been a huge McDonald’s fan, but I was surprised to see their menu includes pastas and pizzas made in brick ovens. We just went because our son was begging us to check it out and he loves the idea of a «happy meal»(even though he usually doesn’t even eat half of it) but maybe one day I’ll actually eat something there, too! Update: While I found myself initially wowed by the shiny new renovation, new technology, and expansive menu(compared to other McDonald’s), it’s all worn off, now. This is my second Friday night in a row here because my 4-yr-old loves the place, but customer service is almost nonexistent. I mean, once you order, you stand around in a cluster of other people who are also waiting for their orders, while you wait to hear your own order number obnoxiously shouted at you. Yes, there’s a lot of people, it’s a big place & already loud enough, so the employees have to be loud, as well, in this scenario. But couldn’t they just put up an electronic sign or something, indicating which order number is ready, instead of shouting like they’re herding cattle or something?

This is a high-tech McDonald’s with lots employees doing nothing but standing around and talking to each other! Tried to get help to customize my order on the touchscreen and employee was very rude! Prices were higher and food took longer to get! My son was exciting see this Mc Donald’s as we passed by the last 3 days and I regret finally stopping and eating here!

This new McDonalds is a joke! Half the Order kiosks don’t work. Employees standing around daydreaming. We stand in line to order our food and then stand in another long line to get food. We ordered it as eat-in, our food was given to us in a bag, told them we were eating here and we were told we are out of trays. Had to ask for cups for drinks, had to ask to get tea because they were all empty, had to ask for forks because they were empty, had to ask for butter and syrup for pancakes because they didn’t put any in the bag. Just a complete mess, we won’t come back to this anytime soon!

New signature, epic McDonald’s. I remember when the location had the largest play place, but the times are different now. It needed a refresh badly and I am happy it underwent one. More automated kiosks make ordering easier. A pizza oven serves to provide the atypical McDonald’s gourmet flare.

The new place is awesome. Very modern and technologically advanced. You order at a touch screen kiosk, either pay there with card or pay cash to a human cashier, wait for your number to be called, and then fill your drinks with a Coca-Cola Freestyle machine. That is, if you want regular McDonald’s. If you want pizza, they have that. Pasta? Got it. How about if you just want a coffee or some dessert? Head over to the McCafé. There’s a huge upstairs play area, they still have an arcade like the old location had, and there’s aquariums all over. If you head upstairs refill first. There’s no soda machines up there. Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly and all smiles. Not like any other McDonald’s you’ll ever go to.

Waited 30 minutes for my to-go order of fries && apple pie… and when I finally got my order, there was no ketchup. Atmosphere is nice here, free wifi. Service is slow as snails, why is there only ONE cashier at 11PM? If you are in a rush, do not go here.

Well where do I start. This is the biggest McDonald’s on the planet. This is a McDonald’s on steroids. It was very nice inside but the staff needs to get organized. How do you get a Happy Meal wrong! Please no excuse and for a McDonalds. This is the bistro concept for the menu. They have pizza, pasta and specialty deserts with their regular menu so parents can pick something nicer. The second floor has an arcade that is quite pricey. There are beautiful aquariums on the first floor, elevator as well. One thing get your drink filled before you go upstairs there is no refill machine on the second floor. I wonder who forgot that detail or was it on purpose. One other thing if the owner is reading this teach your staff to sell the atmosphere of being in a trendy tourist area. Why do I say this. One of your staff coments to me was hey this is the only place you will pay $ 3.00 for a large order of fries for your son. I told him well I have to pay for your salary and this place to make a profit with so much overhead cost. Wish your business well but get your staff organized and teach them some business etiquette and customer service. You pay what you get.

I’m not a fast food person. I hate it, actually. My children wanted a snack and I just had to check this place out. Upon walking in there’s many screens where you can place your order or walk to the counter. There’s a dessert & McCafe area, regular ordering area and area where you can see more former items being made. I’m unsure if the day we went was typical or not but a Chef(Yes, a Chef!) had made some dishes and had them lined up with what looked to be important personnel tasting and discussing the items. One of the items was grilled chicken on a bed of sliced tomato and lettuce with basil sauce. They were discussing adding new menu items, marketing, ect. It was really fun to see a different side to the same restaurant that we are all used to. Just something different to witness! The entire area was super clean. In fact, the trash cans automatically compact. What!?! Cool! Upstairs is an arcade and a play place. I was terrified of my children playing in a nasty old play place but it was so clean and well kept. Bravo McD’s… I only wish every location was as up to standards as this one. Seriously!

Had to drop into what claims to be the biggest McDonald’s in the world to see what it was like these days, and if anything had changed since I last went in this branch 15 years ago. As it is such a large branch the menu is extensive and the service is fast. However I found it difficult to see the menu from the ordering point. The décor including fish tanks looks very dated and the interior is quite gloomy and not a pleasant place to enjoy(or is that endure?) your food. There’s some construction taking place next door. Hopefully this is a replacement McDonald’s because this one needs bulldozing. Serves its purpose in a haphazard way. There are better options nearby. And it doesn’t look any different to what it looked like 15 years ago.

The customer service was actually great at this McDonald’s location. I witnessed an incorrect order resolved in a very friendly manner with a not so very friendly customer. The manager passed by offering mints and asking about our experience without being too overbearing. Overall it was a pleasant surprise for a McDonalds. *The menu is very extensive so take your time to look at the menu before jumping in line*

Whoever the cerebral Olympian was who designed the ordering system at this place should be water boarded. What a disaster. Actually pretty cool mc donalds! I’m not huge on fast food but there’s so much to choose from. I got my usual BECBAGEL just as good and unhealthy as always. But it’s mind blowing how much food there is. There is even NY cheese cake. Lots of games up stairs for everyone. Even a four way air hockey!!! They have candy crush too can you believe it! I meant to get a picture but I was in awe maybe one of my videos have it. All in al pretty chill place to go to. Lines are a bit wonky. Restrooms are rather interesting the women’s toilet seat has a plastic film on it that moves??? I didn’t understand that so. I lined it it up with tp! Hah.

This McDonald’s is an accident waiting to happen. Who the heck designed this thing? I went to the drive-thru for breakfast and trying to figure out how to get to the line was annoying. Once I placed the order and went to pay and pick up my food, things didn’t get any better. It is poorly designed and one of these days someone is going to have an accident or get run over. Oh and the service was pretty crappy as well.

Kids will love this place, adults will endure it. Ordering and receiving food is chaos. You can’t even get close enough to see the menus. They’e closer to where you pick up your food rather than where you order. That said, this location offers the McDonald’s Bistro menu. One member of our party said she enjoyed the shrimp and pasta she ordered. I’m not sure I’m ready to trust McDonald’s with shellfish… Other than that, the games are fun. Standard selection for a place like this. They have staff who play games with the kids like limbo and musical chairs. That was a nice surprise. i’d come back here only if I had some kids with me to make it worth the chaos.

This McDonald’s is like something I have never seen in my life. The ordering process was confusing for both the customers and the workers. The girl took the order, you go to the front wait for them to call your number which no one tells you, and then you pay and wait for them to give your food. Soooooo confusing and it’s so many people in this place service would be 10 times better if one person was taking care of you.

The clown blew it with this one. They had an opportunity to do something really great in a hot tourist town and great location but they can’t get the basics right. STANDARDS! Even fast food must provide a clean place to eat and a welcoming environment. This place has not been cleaned in years. Tables are dirty. Drink station is dirty. Game room games are dirty. Customers are a bit dingy too.

Best way to describe this unusual McDonalds is a hot mess. You walk in the door and are at once overwhelmed and unsure where to start. It took us a minute but we figured out where to start the ordering process but wait you don’t pay here that’s at the next station? Plus the worker taking out order messed it up but we didn’t bother fixing it as we were pressed for time. The food itself was hot and fresh and similar fare to other Mickey Ds. We sat at a bar with a giant fish tank in front us and had s good time picking out the socially challenged fishies. The folks we ran into working here didn’t seem too happy but that could have been the early hour of the day.

Ew. Ew. Ew. Ew. I absolutely freaking hated this place. We were so excited to go into the«Biggest McDonalds in the World» and to play the arcade. Ugh… biggest mistake of my two weeks in Orlando. The bathrooms were disgusting, absolutely unbearably disgusting. The employees were grumpy. The arcade was half functional. The real downfall of our trip, and this isn’t even really the fault of McDonalds… there was a woman on a roller coaster simulator, holding a new born baby. The second we saw this, we had to tuck tail and run.

The biggest McDonald’s in The World!?! Of course we had to go! It was crazy! A huge arcade, and a menu that included all the regular McDonald’s choices, along with pasta, wraps, quesadillas, full breakfast(including waffles), and pizza! The food was NOT gourmet(it’s still McDonald’s, after all), but with the cheesiness that is the touristy part of Orlando, this was fun and fit right in. Were we glad we experienced it? Yes. Will we go back? No. Were our stomachs glad we ate the pizza? Not necessarily.

I normally wouldn’t review a McDonald’s except for the fact that this particular McDonald’s is very large and unusual because there’s a legit ARCADE inside. What? Yes. You read that right. This place is huge. There are two floors — the dining area is downstairs, and the arcade area is upstairs. Now, the arcade isn’t super big, but it’s got a good amount of video games to spend a decent amount of time playing games. You can get a card so you can play games and then trade tickets in for prizes at the end. It’s like Dave and Busters but not as intense. The menu here is a little bit more expansive than your regular McDonald’s menu — think paninis, pizza, etc. in addition to the regular menu offerings. I’d definitely stop by even if it was just for a soda and a quick round of PacMan. It’s a touristy stop, sure, but that’s part of why it’s so fun.

Its a typical McDonalds… with a slight twist. The 2nd floor play area!!! My toddler had so much for $ 11 vs. $ 95 for Disney!!! Unlike Chuck e Cheese that still uses tokens, you load and reload a card. The tickets also go into the card so u dont have to worry about losing a token or the ticket… Very convienent. When you get hungry, you can choose from the regular McD menu or opt for – pizza??? Yes, they serve pizza and a variety of different food.

Wow, when you think you know McDonald… If this is you first time here get ready for some confusion. And no it wasn’t just me, almost everyone got to the front a realized we were suppose to order behind us, and than pay when we get to the from, and than step aside to wait for our food. Besides the weird food ordering situation this place is kinda cool. There are more food options and they also have hand scoop ice cream. The second floor is basically a big arcade area and a nice place for kids to play. The whole place isn’t as clean as I would like it to be, trash and stuff on the ground and just general dirt. But I guess that’s what you get in a high traffic area and a huge McDonald. All in all this was an ok McDonald’s, it could be cleaning and workers could be friendlier/more informative.

This is a great place to do a kid exchange. This place is always busy and I’ve come here many times over the years. When my nephew has to go with his dad every other weekend, this is the McDonald’s that is most centrally located between where we live and where his dad lives. The service has been fine and never had issues. And although I do not eat at Mickey D’s regularly, I will admit that I love their Filet-O-Fish sandwich and their fries dipped in their signature Sweet N’ Sour sauce. And their McCafe Coffee(black) and McCafe Iced Coffee are really great for the price. Overall, food and drinks at this McDonald’s location is pretty consistent.

The cashier’s customer service was excellent and very patient even though serving a crowd. She said if we didn’t like the(mango-pineapple) smoothie we could exchange it. Most impressive of all, there was a 17-year old young man in there dressed in a sharp looking suit. I thought he worked there, but he was actually waiting for an interview!

With my Unilocaling skills, I found out that this Orlando, Florida’s McDonald’s was known as «The World’s Largest Entertainment McDonald’s». So, during my one week trip in Orlando, we made a pit stop here for a late night dinner after the theme parks. It was pretty packed for a late night dinner. This McDonald’s had a bistro menu, which featured pizza, pasta, panini, sandwiches, wraps, and more. Besides the food differences noted in this McDonald’s, on the second floor, they have a whole floor dedicated to arcade games. Perfect for the kids. It’s actually quite confusing when ordering. You first have to wait in line to put in your order of food. After, you will need to wait in another line to pay for your food. Then you need to wait in line to pick up the food. Geez, I wish there was a more efficient way of doing this. Between the four of us, we decided not to get the usual McDonald’s food and try their«bistro» food. We shared the following: Angel Hair with Chicken: This was just OK. Chicken wasn’t too dry nor too moist. The sauce was quite bland… :(Unfortunately, I think I can make better pasta myself. Tortellini with Shrimp: I really liked the Tortellini mixed in Alfredo sauce. It was cooked perfectly and didn’t have an odd taste to it. The shrimp wasn’t too fresh though. :/ Pizza(Bacon, Pepperoni, Sausage, Chicken, Spinach, and Ham): I forgot what else we asked for in our pizza, but we had about 6 toppings. Not the greatest pizza I have had. Pizza was a bit dry. It really was just OK. Not even memorable. The reason why I’m giving this two stars is also because 1) the person who was putting in our order kept messing up and didn’t know where to find certain items on her computer. That was very annoying and we ended up having a receipt with higher prices than what it stated on the menu. We had to talk to the manager and she politely fixed up our whole order. Thank goodness for the manager. 2) When we went to pick up our food, they forgot to give us the garlic breads for both our pasta dishes. We had to tell her that it comes with the pasta dishes and she had to check before giving to us. Geez… Even if I come back to visit Florida in the future, not sure if I’ll be back here again after my experience.
