Chick-fil-A

As always, great service at Chick Fil A. I was sitting alone at lunch eating and a woman came up and asked me if she could go refil my drink for no charge. This chain always goes the extra mile. Love it!

Per usual, customer service always on point at Chick-​fil-​A. Everyone that works here always seem like they want to be here. Food was good and we just wanted something quick before heading to Universal Studios.

Great service. Offers to bring food to the table and employees are so considerate. Very clean.
Food is always awesome.

At least for us, whatever Chick-​fil-​A we go to, the food is always consistently good as well as the service. This location is no exception. Love the fresh squeezed lemonade sweetened with Splenda.

It’s Chick-​fil-​a i mean it’s the same everywhere. Above average fast food. This one gets less than my usual 4 stars because parking and the drive thru are realllly tough here.

Growing up in the South I’m no stranger to Chick-fil-A’s Definitely among one of the most missed restaurants since I moved up to the Northeast. After a long day at Universal Studios I’m happy to find one that’s only minutes drive away.
The staff I encountered were quite friendly and helpful and took our orders right away. Although I wish they would open little later but honestly even though they close at 10pm as long as you can get your order in before 10 you can stay as long as reasonable.
Inside is very clean and modern, I noticed now they even have LCD screens on the side much like MickyDs. I guess its been a long time since I last visited a fast food place I didn’t expect the restaurant to be this well kept.
The food were delicious just as I had remembered and they were very quick in wrapping up the sandwiches and nuggets. Overall a very pleasant visit to this location. Although I visited right before closing time so haven’t had experience with the lines and wait.

Always a long line but the staff works at trying to move quickly. The customer service is good.

Although it was really crowded (as usual) during lunch time the people that work here and still SUPER friendly and have terrific guest service skills. I ordered a big nugget platter about 3 days ago and when I arrived today it was ready to go for me in about 5 minutes. Once it was ready one of the employees even offered to take it out to my car for me. He was super sweet and nice and chatted with me about my pregnancy. Overall it was a lovely experience. There is a reason it’s so crowded. Everyone wants good service and good food and it’s the sacrifice you sometimes have to make to get it.

It never fails… AND…I’ve given them several chances, but ever since Chick-​fil-​A changed their coffee selection, it has been downhill. McDonald’s across the street has better regular black coffee. I order a breakfast combo with a coffee… whatever size… and the coffee ALWAYS tastes like water with some cream and sugar. I don’t know if it’s the coffee itself or this particular location and at that particular moment when I decide to order coffee, but it’s never worth going back or calling them to get a refund. I will always love their breakfast sandwiches and tots, BUT coffee is horrible.

I’ll keep this brief: It’s Chick-​fil-​A, and therefore it is awesome. This location lives up to the company reputation. They’ve never let me down, and I don’t expect that will ever change. Friendly staff, good food, orders filled accurately. A little pricier than other fast food joints, but well worth it!

It is a healthier fast food option with delicious dipping sauces. Definitely recommend trying their Polynesian Sauce and their Chik-​Fil-​A Sauce. FYI their are not open on Sunday’s due to religious purposes.

They had a promotion today for I you would get a gift card for a free grilled sandwich, of course I saw other people getting it but I did not. Do not advertise something if you are not going to give it to every customer.
When. I first walked in I was not greeted there were roughly 5 people behind the counter and one on the floor. One girl was busy looking down on her phone waiting for the order to come up to give to the customers she was texting back and forth to someone.
The others just point blank did not acknowledge me at all. Gave it two stars because my order was correct a salad and it was quick

Slowest drive through service I have ever experienced at a Chick Fil A! The line of cars was around the building as is the norm for most CFA’s but they usually expedite the orders with ease and the wait time isn’t more than 5 – 6 minutes from the time I enter the drive-​thru until I arrive at the window. It took us a good 7 minutes to get through a line of five cars and when we got to the window we were asked to wait in a parking space for our two sandwiches– yes, just TWO sandwiches! Very disappointing!

It’s Chic-​fil-​a. Do you really need to be reading reviews? The food is good. The staff say ‘my pleasure’ obsessively which is annoying. But oh well. What’s left to say?

The food is good as at other locations. The service is the worse than at other locations in the area. The kids love Chick-​fil-​A, but we try to go to the Millenia or Kirkman/​Conroy locations. Some of the employees are rude and always messes up the orders.

Let me say, I love Chick-​Fil-​A restaruants, but this location I have stopped going to as we have had terrible experiences here. This last time I tried to get just 2 breakfast fillets and a side of eggs– special order but nothing too crazy. First she told me I couldn’t order that, to which I replied I had before. Then I see when I get my receipt I’ve been charged more as the girl charged me for a lunch fillet –it was breakfast hours and I asked the cashier why she charged me for the wrong one as I had ordered many times before. She snapped at me and said it’s the same price either way. Trust me it’s not as not only is one smaller, but I order this all the time. I just went with it. When my order came out it was wrong as it has been many times before, as they left one fillet out. This isn’t the first time I’ve been to this location and they’ve gotten my order wrong, left something out or just been rude which is uncharacteristic of a CFA from what I’ve experienced everywhere else. Very disappointing. Not only that this location can be extremely hard to get in and out of. As I said I still go to CFA quite often, but I just steer clear of this one now.

Hate their politics but their breakfast is so delicious it almost makes me forget at times that they are super anti gay.
But since I’m not reviewing their politics I have to just review the service and quality I received.
The coffee was decent, for fast food coffee it was average. The food was hot, tasty and served in a timely matter.
The issue is the long lines at the drive through. It takes a really long time to get your food. It’s not so fast … For fast food. So have plenty of time to waste sitting in your car if you head over there.

I love this location the food is awesome has a great atmosphere and are always caring good place

I love Chick-​fil-​A and this restaurant does not disappoint. However, it’s really not as friendly as the other ones in the area I’ve been to. It’s clean and has a fresh interior design. Most of all the food is served hot and delicious. My favourite is definitely the Deluxe Chicken Burger meal!

Stopped in for a quick breakfast since the hotels breakfast area was packed. Quick 7 fresh.
