Amazing cornbread! I always go for the chicken strips basket myself. The space itself isn’t necessarily welcome to dine ins. Could use some work. But, the food is great.

This is my new go to for fried seafood! Absolutely amazing, simple and delicious! The corn bread is a must have… hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

Crab cakes, shrimp, Mac n cheese with the cornbread… yummm! I can’t ask for a better spot near my job. Food is made to order so no worries on freshness. I love supporting my local business :)

The food is great! We will definitely be back. The service could be better, but overall we had a great experience.

No doubt about it… it’s good eating! Favorite item is that delicious cornbread that’s almost dessert. Go check ‘em out and order the chicken and shrimp combo with the salad and cornbread. Enjoy!

My oldest daughter and I ordered shrimp, crab cake with 2 sides. Our 2 sides were red beans and rice and the six cheese macaroni. The shrimp and crab cake were pretty decent. The red beans and rice did not have any flavor with the exception of it being spicy. It was pretty bland. The six cheese macaroni was different. It too was decent. My youngest two ordered chicken fingers, fries, and red beans and rice. My children said the chicken fingers were ok. I’m originally from Savannah therefore I already have an acquired taste for great tasting Seafood. Seafood is my passion. They could really benefit from adding some Old Bay seasonings to liven the taste a bit. I’m sure we will not be returning. However, their customer service was impeccable which was an added bonus.

Every time we vacation here in Orlando we come here every other day. The shrimp is succulent and the corn bread is to die for. sweet.buttery.moist. Hidden gum!

Great service and the food was hot and fresh. Onion rings rocked. Shrimp lite breading and fresh tasting. The catfish was good size pieces. over all a great value for the price. A must do for a quick meal on the run.

Menu is not up to date on website. Prices were higher than what is on the website menu. Clean but a little pricey.

This place surprised me with its extremely high quality fried shrimp and fried chicken. They were both delicious, and not too greasy. The chicken had a completely different coating that made it quite delicate, compared to the more traditional batter of the shrimp. The sides were good, too, especially the side salad, which had lots of interesting ingredients; the mac and cheese, which had been baked in a little pie tin; and the corn bread, which had been fried on one side. Onion rings were rather greasy. The operative word here is, of course, «fried». Almost everything is. But for a splurge it’s very good. Note this is not«fast» food. Even though you order at a counter, expect it to take twenty minutes to prepare your food. I suppose that accounts for its quality, but you can’t be in a rush.

The only thing I recommend would be the shrimp. The crabcakes were small and slimey. Not a lot of flavor. My girlfriend got fried oysters and she loves them, but she couldn’t even eat 2. We were decieved by the Unilocal rating. Not a classy place.

Not too many Seafood places I recommend in Orlando but this place is legit! I was surprised at how well the cornbread was. None of their food has a commercial feel or taste to it, seems like they have some home cooked recipes going on in there.

A friend suggested this place for a late lunch and I was so glad she did! The staff was friendly and polite. The food was hot, fresh, and arrived pretty quickly. Portion sizes were great and prices were very fair and reasonable. This is not a fancy establishment and it’s not meant to be. What it lacks in ambiance it makes up for in the food served. This will be a place we visit often now that we both know of it.

Overall the shrimp, fries and crib bread is all I would stick to. The catfish lacked flavor and it didn’t wow me. The macaroni and red beans and rice also lacked flavor. Especially the red beans and rice. To get my money’s worth I plan on fixing it up when I get home. It’s really nice inside, clean bathrooms and the staff is friendly. I would go back if I was in the area but only for the shrimp, fries, and corn bread. Side note… I was a little disappointed when I started to eat my cornbread to discover it was burnt on the other side

There’s a lot of good to say about Stonington . Their shrimp is awesome, their catfish and chicken it’s Preety good, but the main reason I come here is for the cornbread and even though small their crab cakes are delicious! This is by no means a fancy place but it’s clean and the staff is always friendly. Definitely a great place for lunch!!!

Super fast service and great fried shrimp. The corn bread is like cake and the Mac is yummy. Made for a quick dinner after a long day driving. Lots of take out orders. Large size shrimp!

Ok… so this place gets my thumbs up. I definitely would have not given them 4 stars if they didn’t deserve it seeing as how my 1 carry out meal cost me over $ 15 bucks. Granted, they have nice ambience going if you want to eat in, but I had to run. Being from DC, and living in MD for years, I know my way around a crab cake. The cornbread was amount the best I have ever had — anywhere. My one criticism would be the minuscule side of Mac they offer. Also, the side is in tiny foil pie plate which I couldn’t microwave for obvious reasons… mmmkay :/Because there was so little it would have been too much for me to scrape that amount into another container for heating. The remoulade sauce is everything. That about sums it up!

I’m gonna make this short, simple and to the point… Cause that’s exactly how my experience was. I walked into a pretty empty store, granted it was 8 o’clock on a Monday night, but there was maybe one table in the back and no one at the counter. I made a reasonable quick decision to the minimally expressive girl behind the counter, and briefly waited for my food. On the drive home the smell was calling my name so I ate a shrimp. They are perfectly battered. No really, I mean lightly, crispy, perfectly battered with this amazing sauce in the side, and I ate them all 8 of them before I got home. My side of fries and red beans and rice were good, but the stars of the show, their reason for business, is reason enough to keep eating here!

They cook some seriously good food here. The shrimp are delicious, as were the side items. The coleslaw was creamy and tasty. The cornbread was outstanding. It was cut in a big slice, and browned and buttered as well. They keep the costs down by you ordering at a counter, then they bring the food out.

Pretty greasy. Good for a hangover. Amazing fried shrimp. Amazing baked macaroni. Excellent crab cakes. Insane cornbread. Okay, now I’m getting hungry. Wish they had more sauces for the shrimp and such, but otherwise a must try. Definitely one of the better fried seafood joints in town. Om nomz. Friendly bistro style service. Just walk up and order. Plentiful seating inside and a couple of tables outside. Do it.
