As an industry professional who has worked out in Miami, Orlando, New York City, and Chicago, I can say without hesitation that SWEAT is still the most valuable facility I’ve stumbled upon. Every workout is a challenge, even for the well trained. Not to mention, the family-​like feel that the members have created, I’ve only experienced one of place (in Columbia, SC). If you’re on the fence, do it! Take a class. You will sweat. Your muscles will burn. Your mind may tell you that you can’t. But trust, me you can. And when you do, you’ll be glad you did.

Sweat is the training place for those who want to get their health and life in the correct balance. I have been training there for 3 years now. At 55 years old, I’m probably not the typical gym rat. But through Laura’s (owner) insight and my work, I’m stronger and feel better and my blood work is the best it’s ever been. I have a high stress job in the real world which can really tear away at your body. I wanted to get my strength back, endurance better and a means to reduce my stress. Sweat did it for me. If you plan on getting serious about your health and strength, then Sweat is the place to go.

The place has an edge and it makes you strive to be better. You’ll be surrounded by the who’s who in town and honestly, people who buy the best, want the best, and INSIST on training with the best. Several times a year, SWEAT creates challenges to help you build muscle, drop fat, and it will bring out the hardcore competitor in you. I’ve been addicted since the first month and still going strong years later! I love SWEAT.
