This is your best bet when you are in a rush, pressed for time, or in between appointments.
If you are lucky enough to be at the Turkey Lake Whole Foods on Monday ask for Marci because she has magical hands that just seem to know where to go to fix what hurts you. Take5 you won’t be sorry.

Dont think chair massage is wimpy. I chose a 20 minute one and ended up using heat pads and ice packs the entire next week. I have had some intense massages, but this one definitely trumped all of them.
I forgot the woman who gave me the massage, but the pressure felt fine while receiving the massage, it’s just later, it was a bit much. I would however, use Take 5 again simply because it’s quick and easy.
Even though this particular massage was super intense, it definitely loosened me up, which was the intent.
