Their Bavarian creame cake is amazing!!! Only place in Orlando to have this. Inside the old Peabody hotel in the back.

We stopped here for a client breakfast and it was amazing. I got the egg white and veggie scramble with wheat toast. Their were 3 egg whites with mushrooms, tomatoes, and onions. It was phenomenal and served hot and fresh. The wheat toast came with a great variety of jams. I chose the blueberry jam which was great. I almost forgot to mention how great the coffee was. It was rich and bold and served piping hot. They gave us a lot of refills. Overall this was the best breakfast place to go to!

While visiting Orlando for several days, had the pleasure of eating here numerous times. Outstanding food, huge portions and very reasonable prices. All the waitstaff were great. Favorite thing? Grilled chicken sandwich with Gouda and bacon was the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. All their desserts and breads are homemade in-house. Best dessert? Tie between Oreo Mousse Cake and Carrot Cake. Simply delicious!!! Highly recommend this place!

Really a delight. It’s pure Waffle House-style fare, with freshness and(much) better coffee. I took a chance and walked from Orange County Conference Center, and it turned out to be 1) closer than it looks and 2) warm, fresh and nourishing. No, it’s not an organic café. Yes, it is comfort food done well. Waitress was lovely, service quick, coffee good.(I’m an espresso person.) Also, bonus: Cholula hot sauce!

I have to agree with everyone here: I’m glad this diner was here, but after passing those delicious looking deserts in the case, I thought the food might be a bit better. First of all, and this is really random, if you are sat in the back, there is a dome thing that makes your voice echo… echo…echo… and it’s kinda trippy. I wanted to catch up with an old friend in a causal setting, and I couldn’t get past hearing myself in this weird echo spot(like when you have a head cold and everything is so much louder) but this was a small thing, so I digress… Ordered the mahi sandwich with fries. The fries were awesome, sandwich, not so much. A small piece of fish and some slaw, but the bun on the bottom got so soggy(I don’t even know what from!) that when I cut it in half, it fell apart. No big deal if it tasted good I guess, but it wasn’t great. My friend ordered a ham sandwich was brought turkey instead(she said it was no big deal as she was starving, but then brought just a plate of ham to make up for it, LOL.) Our server was awesome and besides the sandwich mishap was super friendly, but we peaced out of there pretty quick to hit up one of the other bars. 2nd star is because they do serve beer in here! Would I go back? If I had been traveling all day and didn’t want to check out any of the other places in the hotel, or since it is 24⁄7 if everything else was closed. Or maybe breakfast, as I see some decent reviews for their breakfast options.

This place is awesome. Full open kitchen w counter seats right at the chefs. Delicious food. Perfect eggs. Serious bacon and thick marble bread. Great menu options and 24 hour service. And friendly staff taboot! Definitely a huge step up from your typical hotel fare. I look forward to coming back and having the naan and lox!

I read these reviews and I really wonder if I can trust some of my fellow Unilocalers for quality reviews! How could anyone think this overpriced place was excellent? Maybe I missed something by not having breakfast or a burger. I had the Chef’s plate which was an odd greasy mixture of pasta, old tasting chicken, previously frozen shrimp, olives, artichoke, and peppers. Blech. I also had a salad which had the most bitter greens ever. I couldn’t finish the salad. Now the desserts are another matter. I had the lemon meringue and it was really delicious. in fact shockingly so given the sub par quality of the salad and pasta dish. Go here for dessert but skip eating here if you can.

B-Line Diner is a solid 3 stars in my book. The food is just okay, but its positives are its prices and convenience. Truth be told, a little pricier than what you would expect from a typical diner, but in comparison to the other restaurants at the Hyatt, this place is cheaper by far. Not to mention, it’s open 24 hours and just a minute’s walk from the rooms. I suggest you grab food to-go here rather than order room service since they have overlapping menu items and room service tacks on an exorbitant fee. For people traveling for business, this place is really convenient. I went here after a long flight and ordered the grilled chimichurri hanger steak($ 25) since I was starving. Came with fries and an arugula salad with tomatoes and avocado. In my opinion, this was disappointing. I ordered the steak medium rare and it turned out to be too rare. The steak also lacked flavor even with the chimichurri sauce. The salad was barely dressed and when they say avocado, they mean like 2 little cubes. I don’t recommend this dish at all. Being busy most of the time there, I ended up eating at B-Line Diner a few times. The grilled chicken sandwich($ 15) at lunch is pretty good and filling and their tuscan kale salad($ 12), which is available both lunch and dinner, is refreshing and delicious. The vegetable papardelle($ 16) is hearty with a decent tomato sauce, but unfortunately, the pasta was a bit undercooked. They didn’t offer parmesan cheese either although I didn’t ask. Overall, decent food and convenient. Definitely would go back if I’m staying at the Hyatt again.

A hotel breakfast that’s worth it! We love this place. Usually at a hotel we venture out to find a good breakfast. This is the exception. This place is good, real good! For breakfast we would recommend the whole wheat pancakes, Greek omelette, turkey sausage and the egg sandwich on brioche. We get it with bacon stead of ham. The portions are large so sometimes we split it. Coffee is okay but there is a Starbucks down the hall. Great service and enjoy watching the open kitchen cooks in action. Clean place with good quality ingredients. The club sandwich is awesome too!

I was trapped in this hotel for a work conference and wanted an alternative to the overpriced and fancy hotel restaurant and bar so I was thrilled to see this little diner on the other side of the hotel. I was that guy asking for a ‘table for one’, but the waiter was very attentive and my burger came within 10 minutes of ordering. The food is nothing special, but the burger was cooked well and the fries were nice and crispy so no complaints on my end. The real star here are the desserts. Homemade ice cream and a huge glass counter at the front with all sorts of cakes and individual pastries.

Food was good … can’t complain … but you’re paying for being in that complex. — two eggs, bacon and potatoes(Score 5) — Pancakes(Score 5) The only reason why I killed one star is … after we got the bill it was $ 34 for two cups of coffee and those breakfast entrees. Service was good … had to wait in line and they only allowed as many people in as they could handle to ensure good service. While we were waiting for breakfast … I went exploring and saw many tables unoccupied. We were in out fast.

This diner was a saving grace during my stay at the Hyatt recently. Firstly, it’s open till really late, so whether you want a late dinner sandwich, a grab and go snack or breakfast, this is a safe bet. I chose to dine-in one evening and did take out on the 2nd day. My first night I was starving and the in-room menu had limited vegetarian /pescatarian choices and was mostly a kiddie-centric menu. After considering all my choices, I went to the diner & had the Blackened Mahi Mahi sandwich. And my, was it a good decision or what?! Simply sumptuous, the fish was charred & seasoned to perfection, the bread was fresh and no skimping on the fish. It was easily one of the best fish sandwiches I’ve had. The staff was very helpful and service was quick. Sorry, I was so hungry, I forgot to take a pic! The next night I got the tomato bisque + grilled cheese sandwich. The soup was really rich and creamy — I love tomato soups, but am not a fan of the super-rich consistency which this one had. The sandwich was also on the greasier side and I wasn’t able to finish either of the two dishes. Too rich for my taste. I wish I had opted for the Mahi Mahi again. Both meals cost me approximately $ 18 each and for a high-end hotel, I don’t think it was too expensive. Ambience: Typical diner and nothing fancy.

So glad they had a 24 hour diner in the Hyatt that serves select breakfast items late in the day. Coming from Colorado there was a 2 hour time difference and I had some fun late nights at Disney parks so breakfast was more like Noon or 1pm. I came here 3 times for breakfast the omelets are good. Zara was the best waitress great service and super friendly. My last breakfast she was not working and I had to ask for more coffee. They have beautiful desserts and had to have a lot of temptation to walk away. I also ordered a late night hamburger after drinking around the world at Epcot. The food was really expensive at Epcot so I came back late and ordered a hamburger — it was really good. I wouldn’t say the food was outstanding but it was definitely diner good food.

#1 reason to go: Open 24 hours #2: veggie stack(portobello) – this was really good #3: tomato bisque soup #4: see the Hyatt, it’s pretty grand It’s not a fine-dining place and I am sure if you’re into shakes, burgers, and fries-things will be good. But if you go to Orena(nearby, by car or trolley) and stay a bit too late and you need to get vegetables into your system, you can come to B-Line and get really good food. We paid some extras for substitutions(fries instead of kettle chips) and added the tomato bisque at cost, but it was worth it! Had a reuben on a previous day and we weren’t thrilled about it, but the fruit cup at breakfast/lunch was good. Good option, esp. late at night when everything else is closed, though service is probably better at brunch-time.

Pretty good for a diner, 24-hour B-Line is located inside the massive complex of the Hyatt Regency Orlando resort. Service was friendly but you couldn’t forget it was a diner as servers were hustling and pacing up and down the aisles. We were sat right away, I ordered our and food, I ordered the Tomato bisque soup bowl along with the grilled cheese and jam sandwich served with french fries. The soup was tasty and way too creamy for me, like heavy cream, and the bowl was huge, the grilled cheese and jam sandwich was very tasty and well prepared. All of our dishes were huge. My friend ordered a salad and towards the end of his salad bowl he found a huge plastic thing inside! We couldn’t make out what it was, we informed our served who graciously offered to replace his meal, a bit later the chef came out to apologize and inform us that the foreign plastic yellow object in my friend’s salad did not come from their kitchen and that it must have come from the food vendor, regardless he was very apologetic and offered to comp our 3 meals, they also offered us anything else we wanted and offered us drinks to go which was very classy. Stuff like this happens, and our server and the Chef handled it very well, excellent customer service.

Everything about the Hyatt Regency Orlando is spectacular. The rooms, the amenities, the service– all around top-notch. We enjoyed an overnight stay and had a wonderful dinner at Napa. In the morning we decided to have breakfast at the 24-hour hotel restaurant– The B-Line Diner. Berries and pancakes at the B-Line Diner One of the first things we noticed were the high prices on the menu. $ 13 for a plate of pancakes, $ 15 for smoked salmon and Naan. However, we were at a high-end hotel so the inflated prices weren’t completely shocking. We were confused by the service though. We were greeted by three different servers and had one of those servers tell us how busy he was because he had a table of(eyes rolling) «New Yorkers.» Apparently, New Yorkers, according to this server, are just known for running the servers ragged, especially New Yorkers from specifically Brooklyn and the Bronx. I was absolutely floored, he had no idea if we were from NY as well. I certainly found it insulting and rude that he was complaining to us about another one of his tables. When I originally wrote this post I was really concentrating on this particular server and the food was merely the sideshow. I have since decided to talk more about the food as it is not fair for one server to ruin the restaurant for everyone. I was with my friend Chad who ordered the $ 13 pancakes. He had six mini flapjacks with a side of berries and sprinkled with powdered sugar. The pancakes themselves were smaller than normal but larger than silver dollar cakes, but the fresh berries made the entire dish filing and delicious. I went with the Naan and Lox($ 15). Cream cheese, red onion, tomatoes, capers, hard-boiled eggs and smoked salmon layered onto a large piece of Naan bread. Fresh dill sprinkled over top really made the salmon and capers pop with flavor. I really enjoyed it and would absolutely order this again. Also featured on the menu were items like Cinnamon Raisin French Toast and a Belgian Waffle with toasted pecans and crumbled bacon.(We of course would omit the bacon but it sure sounds tasty.) We also ordered a side of the hashbrowns($ 4). Nothing special, they were good. The B-Line Diner is open 24-hours a day. All day dining options include Grilled Cheese sandwiches, Burgers, Salads and Grilled Mahi Mahi. The prices are high and our server doesn’t like to wait on New Yorkers, but the food was pretty amazing. If it were up to me I would give about one sprout for our server, but five sprouts for the food. However, again, I don’t want to penalize the entire restaurant for one employee so I give four out of five sprouts.

The B-Line Diner has been around before the Peabody became the Hyatt Regency. It’s a great place to grab a quick bite and if you’re in for some large American portions! If you’re staying at the Hyatt Regency, you will most likely venture into this 24-hour diner. The service was great and food items were delicious — they can cater any dish to your liking(ie. add chicken to salad or substitute sides). The B-Line features an open kitchen, with a glass display of homemade ice cream, desserts, and a wide variety of enormous homemade cakes, pastries, and other confections. They also offer take-out service at the B-Line Express window, so you can bring whatever you may be craving back to your own room to enjoy. I’ve tried the B-Line Club sandwich — All Natural Turkey Breast, Nitrate-Free Honey Ham, Baby Swiss, Mild Cheddar, Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato, Mayo, Pickle with a side of Kettle Chips. It’s impossible to eat the sandwich without taking it apart — It’s stacked so high, it wobbled when our server carried it to our table. The kettle chips were warm and one of the best I’ve ever had! The whole downside to this dish was that the roof of my mouth was all scratched up by the toast. but this sandwich is delicious! I would recommend the B-Line diner to anyone staying at the Hyatt Regency — It’s rare to find efficiency that comes with decent food and quality service!
