The Ivy Residences at Health Village

I totally recommend this place! I recently moved to Florida from California not too long ago and so far I’m really pleased. I’ve been living here for 2 months and their leasing office has been very welcoming since day one. I was unable to check-​out the place before moving in and Dan was available and responsive with all my questions and concerns. I’m not going to lie, moving across the coast and searching for a nice, comfortable spot to live was already stressful and reading all the negative reviews prior to moving made me even more nervous! But I ultimately I chose this place because of the amenities, location (close to Florida Hospital), and the service from Dan and Keisha. Dan was very helpful and so far I have nothing negative to say about the place. Keisha is also very helpful and sweet! Their amenities are also awesome: free coffee and tea, gym, trash valet and yoga classes twice a week. It’s a big complex so people are bound to find something to be unhappy with, but so far my apt location is in a very quiet area.

No complaints about The Ivy! I have been living here for about 4 months and love it. I’m not sure why there are such negative reviews here. I feel like there are certain things that are just going to happen at every apartment you go to nomatter what. anyways!
The Ivy has a great locations right across from Florida Hospital. You’re about a 5 min drive to Park Ave in Winter Park, 5 min drive to Dow town Orlando, and 3 min drive to the Ivanhoe Village. Located right off i4, I really like to watch the cars as I fall asleep every night.
Aside from the location, there are so many great amenities. The pool area is amazing. There are plenty of chairs and tables to have friends over as well as a grill and huge patio area.
I’m a huge gym freak and really have no complaints about the gym here. It’s definitely above average for an apartment gym.
Another great thing I like is the cyber café with free Starbucks machine! Super convenient spot! I pass by maybe once a day and always end of meeting someone new!
I would not give it 5 stars, but certainly 4 stars for a pretty great place to live with a lot of fantastic amenities to offer as well as what I would consider to be a perfect location!

They have a beautiful workout facility and incredible pool with little lounge areas to grill out they even have a computer area with Starbucks coffee and will pick up the trash outside your door. But on the downside a normal two bedroom apartment is going to run $ 1825 a month a bit high. Once again the tenants are professional nice people.
