I saw a few negative reviews, but decided to come anyway to see for myself because there were only 4 reviews. I regret coming here. It’s a great location for me, but not worth it. I walk in and an older woman approached me and I was helped quickly. She had broken English I couldn’t communicate well with her. I asked for glitter on top of a french pedicure and didn’t get the glitter. She almost made me bleed while cutting my cuticles. She asked if it hurt and i said yes a little and she continued poking at me. It hurt for about 5 minutes. The french pedicure was messy as well, I would take a picture, but I don’t want to scare anyone with my feet. Also, while she was giving me the worst 2 minute massage ever, she answered a phone call and there was barely any lotion on my legs it was just her rubbing her gloves against my legs. Unpleasant leg massage. Prior to that she was screaming at two other co workers for a few minutes, I could tell something was wrong, but that ended soon after. Lastly, a couple kids and her mother and husband had to gather right next to me while waiting for my nails to dry. As soon as that happen, I got up and left. I had no patience to wait around them being loud and obnoxious. I will never come back here again. If you don’t get hurt, you’ll have bad service. She insulted me and said I needed to get my eyebrows done. I surely won’t be getting them done here. I wasted $ 27 on a terrible french pedicure.

Tip Top is not a fancy nail salon. No bells and whistles, but what they do have is Karen! She has been making my nails look good for months now. If Karen is not there, then I come back when she is. Since coming to her, I’m always getting complements. I will say that their nail polish selection is not great and the, brand is one that I have never heard of so to be safe, I always bring my own polish. My four star rating is strictly for Karen and the great job she does on my nails.

I cannot in any way recommend Tip Top Nails. It’s close to my office, so I figured I could stop in for a quick mani/pedi. Quick was definitely a good term to use for the quality of service here… I stopped by on a Friday for a gel mani & a pedicure. No appointment needed, and I was instantly taken care of. They have their pedicure chairs in the back of the shop, and up front are the manicure stations. Their color options are somewhat limited compared to other places I’ve been, but they did have OPI, Essie and China Glaze options for the pedicure, which was nice. Their gel color options were also limited, but they had a really cool black with red glitter color that I opted for. So. The pedicure. They put a plastic liner in the pedicure foot tub, which I noticed was removed after each use, so in theory this place is keeping it sanitary. The pedicure lasted about 15 – 20 minutes, and wasn’t anything special. I didn’t notice until after I left that the color I chose for my toes is a textured polish. Do not like it one bit, but that’s on me and not them. They didn’t really file down my nails after trimming them, so there are some sharp edges that I’m not thrilled about. The leg massage was nice, but the whole thing felt rushed(I’m used to a 30 – 45 minute pedicure at my old spot). The gel manicure. HORRIBLE. I mean… I’ve had gel manicures before that have lasted a month. This chipped the next day(without me doing anything that should cause them to chip). If that wasn’t enough, the tops of my nails weren’t smooth. Bumps all over! UGH! And they got polish on my fingers and didn’t clean it off. I could paint my own nails and do a better job than they did. It was $ 42 down the drain. I will not be going back for any reason. This place was horrible.

I love this salon! I’m very particular about my nails being from New York and I loved how precise they were about getting them done to my liking. I did gel pedicure and a fill in my acrylic nails along with gel polish and I love it!!! The place isn’t too fancy but honestly if I lived in Florida I would come here all the time based on how great my nails came out! So happy

hmmmmm ok so so I had to go to Valencia to speak to an advisor and was told it was a 2 hour and 42 minute wait… yeah lot’s of time on my hands! So I left and realized I needed to get a mani because it was chipping(not to happy about that but that’s another issue) anyway I literally just got in my car and drove into the next strip mall and there was Tip Top. I Unilocaled it and saw no reviews so I took a big chance… I am a dare devil… So hmmm let me just sum it up in Pro’s and Con’s Pro’s: Cheap: 10 dollar Mani No Wait time She did do a very good job with my cuticles and no pain which was a big bonus Con’s: Cheap quality nail polish selection The min I sit down she tries to push Shellac She didn’t even file my nails granted there wasn’t much to do but she literally touched one nail and than that was it… Cleanliness I kind of felt a little sketchy She took 1 min and 20 secs to paint my nails… seriously kind of sloppy Dry lamps just plain old fashioned heat lamps no UV No quick Dry I was willing to shell out the extra dollar dammit! Anyway IDK my nails don’t look bad… just not impressed… I mean for $ 10 it’s ok. just as long as no fungus occurs I’m straight… but either way no reason to come back…
