Got the turkey brie flat-bread. Small portion size for price. The meal was good but not super impressed. The waitress was helpful and friendly. Coffee was nasty, don’t get it.

I’ve dined at this restaurant on two separate occasions and was not at all impressed either time. The portions are way too small for the price, and the food is mediocre. The chicken nachos are $ 13.50…for eight. That’s right, you get eight crackers with meatballs on top. When I order nachos, I expect a plate full of chips smothered in deliciousness that I can share with friends, not eight crackers with a chunk of meat on top that’s barely enough for two. And for $ 15, I expect the flatbread to have some toppings! I can go across the street to NYPD Pizza and feed my whole family for what it costs to feed one at Tobias’, and the food is better too. It’s not Disney World, it’s Shingle Creek for Pete’s sake. Guests of the resort are not limited in better options for food. There are literally a dozen places outside the resort to eat that are within walking distance. Don’t waste your time(it took forever on both occasions to get our food and our bill) or money at this restaurant, it’s not worth it.

Went to go for dinner around 5pm. Was closed for the day even though hours of operation said it would be open. Never got to experience the establishment so therefore getting 1*

Great service with a smile, promising food with the potential to be really good. Unlike others, I thought the portions were acceptable for the price. Started with the chicken and white bean chili — it was made with green chiles(not tomato-based) and was quite delicious — except the tortilla strips on the top were completely stale — sadness. Then I had a half portion of the Tobias salad, which was huge. I asked them to substitute the Gorgonzola vinaigrette for champagne vinaigrette since I hate blue cheese, and they were very accommodating. The salad was a nice mixture of tastes and textures. Too bad they left all the stems on, which made it very difficult to eat without ending up with leaves hanging out of my mouth half the time. For dessert, I wanted to try their strawberry cheesecake shortbread but they were out so I had to settle for the s’mores. The torched marshmallows on the very thin crispy flatbread were fabulous but I’m not a huge fan of Oreo cookies or whatever they used for the crumbly topping — it would have been so much better with melted chocolate.

Surprisingly good and well balanced flat bread sandwich. Grabbed a late lunch here. It was empty, but was met by a pleasant and professional server. The Glenda Chicken sandwich was served hot and fresh and was excellent. My only complaint was that it was on the small side. Added a tasty bowl of white bean chili(see pic of both). Again, very good, but wished I’d had a little more. Worth a try…

Portions are small for the price you pay, but if you’re staying at the Rosen Shingle Creek, you are the resort’s captive audience since there isn’t a whole lot around the property. If the portion were normal sized(not micro), the value and quality would match. I ate one of the flatbreads and was still a little hungry afterwards. I knew I had a big dinner taking place that night so I was OK by that. Otherwise, I might have been a little peeved. Service was top notch. My iced tea was always full, and our waitress was always visible, clearly explained the menu, and generally had a great personality. If you enter Rosen Shingle Creek, turn right, and the restaurant will be on the right had side across from Headwaters Lounge and next to Mi Case Mexican.

The food is ok but nothing to get excited about. The prices are high for the portion sizes. The staff is friendly and food is done quickly. If you are staying at the resort you should try one of the many restaurants on site.

It’s grub quality. I had the Mediterranean salad with chicken breast added. The lettuce was crispy, but not for long as it was totally drenched in salad dressing. Definitely recommend ordering it on the side. The chicken breast wasn’t a whole breast, but the same rip off you get at many places where they shave three slices off a regular sized breast. Ordering double meat will probably get you the whole breast you’d actually expect.

I decided to try this place because I was eating a late lunch and wanted something light. I definitely found something light, because there wasn’t much bread to the flat-bread pizza. When they said, flat, they really meant it, toppings included. The flatbread was about the thickness of a thin carboard; it was topped with one layer of turkey breast, melted brie, sliced pears and a balsamic drizzle. I found the toppings to be a little on the skimpy side; the sandwich place downstairs gives you 1 lb of sliced deli meat in a sandwich, so if you’re looking for something more filling, I would go there. I wasn’t expecting anything that was going to blow my mind, but I came hungry, left hungry, and probably wouldn’t go back.

The flat bread pizza is phenomenal and the salad with figs was delicious!
