Surprisingly delicious fusion items. They have the traditional Vietnamese sandwiches with beef, pork with relish. Bread was fresh and good sized portions for the price. There were also taco and bao(Chinese white bun) pairings with the meat, duck confit, squid, and tofu options. I will definitely be back to try something else. Salivating just thinking about it. Walked up to order and large simple menu. Waitress wasn’t very friendly but the kitchen staff was quick with the order and nice when I picked up the food. The food made up for everything. Restaurant was a mix of college students and young professionals.

The Treehouse Truck came to my company for lunch today. My whole experience with them was great. I decided to place my order online since I didn’t know how crowded they would be. Since the truck was parked pretty far from my work area as soon as I placed my order I started walking towards their location. Just as I got there I received a text that my food was ready! Perfect timing. Although the estimate was 10 minutes it was a couple minutes earlier. Plus I was greeted and given my lunch bag while the guys I work with were all left milling around waiting on their orders. Ha! As for the food, I ordered the Rachel’s Goat Cheese Burger and fries. The portions were pretty huge and I ended up splitting the meal with a happy co-worker. The burger was topped with goat cheese, arugula, tomato, and a balsamic glaze. the bun was warm and soft. It was amazing. I would absolutely order that again. Everyone has been raving about the french fries. Again, the portion was big. It was a good-sized bag with plenty of fries to share. The fries were perfectly crispy and had a nice seasoning to them. The Treehouse Truck was fantastic! I hope they come back again.

Hands down THE best cheese burger and fries(and deep fried Oreos for dessert) that I have ever eaten. I typically am not impressed with food truck fare. Astronomically over priced for average food billed as somehow hip and cool because the«counter» is mobile. Yada, yada, yada… However, after waiting, in the longest line of any food truck at the Apopka Food Truck Roundup at Kit Land Park, and sinking my teeth and taste buds into this amazing trio from the THT, I am SOLD! A huge patty that was amazingly juicy and done medium well and the roasted garlic fries were done to perfection in flavor and crispness. I don’t know how you could screw up a deep fried Oreo but they did not disappoint here either and the powdered sugar was a nice finishing touch. Treat yourself. The wait is worth every second and the price worth every penny AND the tip!

I got the burger with bacon and cheese on it and then a cheese donut used as the bun. It came together very well, certainly something interesting and different from your standard burger. However, there wasn’t anything else on it other than meat, cheese, bacon and the bun. The burger itself was seasoned well, but wasn’t as good meat wise as a burger from oblivion. I also got the garlic truffle fries. Also pretty good, the fries were a little over cooked, but had a very nice flavor nonetheless. A good amount of garlic and some shredded cheese on them. So why the 3 star review? Because of the price. It was $ 17 for that…$ 17 for that food… from a food truck. Not to hate on a food truck, but isn’t that supposed to lower overhead and allow the food to be cheaper? I could have gone to The Porch and gotten the Early Riser burger(almost the same as this one, but with an egg and hash browns on it as well — so more food) with an included side(tots or fries or whatnot) and spent $ 9-$ 10 plus tip on that instead of braving a torrential downpour to eat outside after paying $ 17 for the Treehouse Truck burger… I really wanted to love it, we’ve been trying to find this truck for at least a month, and it was very good, I just cannot get over the exorbitant price, if the burger was $ 10 I would be ecstatic, if it was $ 12 I would understand, but it wasn’t, it was $ 17… I just cannot get over that.

This by far is one of our favorite food trucks. We stumbled upon it at Tasty Tuesdays in the Milk District and have been a fan ever since. From fresh made food to friendly people and good prices for the food & quality you receive. We have yet to be disappointed with anything we have tried so far. My first recommendation is their Luther burger, which is probably all your calories for the week, but definitely worth it! Its a bacon cheese burger sandwiched between 2 donuts, it may sound weird, but surprisingly delicious. Another favorite are their Parmesan & truffle oil fries, which are addictive. Their burgers are huge and well worth the money. Their Philly’s are awesome with a soft bread inside and crunchy outside, tons of meat & onions with a cheese sauce, a little messy, but worth it. Overall hands down one of the best food trucks in Orlando! If you love great food and looking for something to satisfy all, then try them out, you wont be disappointed!

My sister and I went to Orlando to visit her friends from college. We ate here and it was surprisingly good. I was a bit skeptical but I enjoyed the food. Definitely recommend, esp they were quick with the order and did not wait too long.

This Foodtruck is absolutely one of the best in town. I’ve tried the CJ Burger which was absolutely phenomenal. This time I tried their Philly Cheesesteak called the Wiz Wit. One word, amazing! Everything this truck had to offer is delicious and they have great staff.

The Treehouse Truck is famous for their Luther Burger — A classic bacon cheeseburger in between two Krispy Kreme glazed doughnuts! Ummm… yes please! Another one of my favorites is their Mamma’s PBJ. A deep fried peanut butter, jelly, banana and Nutella sandwich! Oh, and you can’t forget their Buffalo Chicken Cheesesteak! Covered in onions and Treehouse’s own buffalo sauce and blue cheese all served on an amoroso roll. Get a heaping pile of their crispy fries and you are set! They usually offer some scrumptious deep fried Oreo’s also.

Treehouse, if you are listening to this PLEASE do two things to come back to greatness: 1. Bring back the chimoo 2. Actually put truffle oil on the roasted garlic truffle fries. 5 friends all tried them, not ONE felt there was anything other than parmasean on the fries. So those were $ 4 plain fries with parm. Sweet. So dissapointed bc you guys make some great stuff. I’ll be back when I see the Chim Moo back on the menu… bring it baaaack!

This past Monday(4÷15÷13), I had my first(I think?) visit to the Treehouse Truck since it changed ownership. I vividly remember the truck’s former owner, Thomas, and eating its food many, many times in 2011 and 2012, but hadn’t seen the truck out much since he sold it or, as far as I can remember, tried any of the new owners’ food. I saw the truck at the food truck event in Longwood a few days ago and gave it an overdue visit. Thomas’ hamburgers were among the best in Orlando, and I was hoping that the new owners would be able to follow suit. They did! I chose the All-American hamburger, which had bacon, Swiss cheese, lettuce and tomato on it. It was great! There were a few other tempting burger choices on the menu, but I kept it simple. I might go for something a little bit more adventurous next time. I haven’t had many hamburgers lately, but this one definitely was the best one I’ve recently had and I definitely would have it again. I think that it was $ 8, which is fair. I also had an order of the fried Oreos(I couldn’t resist), which were $ 3(for three cookies). They were very, very good, though didn’t seem to have as much powdered sugar as I was expecting. Thomas used to include a lot of that stuff. I’m not going to nitpick, though. Everything was excellent. The new owners are very friendly and I hope that their business is doing well. I already am looking forward to stopping by again. It looks like the truck has retained at least several of the most popular items(«Luther» burger, fried peanut butter and jelly, fried Oreos, etc.) from Thomas’ days, which is good to see. I really wanted to get the fried peanut butter and jelly sandwich when I was here on Monday … I’ve had it in the past and it’s amazing. Maybe I will get it next time. I still am rating this truck as 5 stars and will continue to do so until I have a bad experience. Probably not going to happen!

My best friend and I happened upon the Apopka Food Truck Rally the other day. I was happy to see Treehouse there because I’ve wanted to try it for some time. My friend got the goat cheese burger with the truffle oil fries. And I got the Philly with wing sauce and cheese fries. I hate to say it, but it just didn’t live up to the hype. My friend said her burger just tasted of the balsamic vinegar and not the goat cheese. And the truffle fries just tasted like regular fries. And my Philly was on the light side as others have said. Mostly bread, which was a good soft one. And the wing sauce tasted right out of the bottle. The cheese on the fries was just a little Cheese Whiz type cheese on the top. I would say the food was average. I’ve had better at other trucks.

Deep-fried madness. I’m presenting: Exhibit A: The Luther Vandross. Bacon cheeseburger sandwiched between two Krispy Kreme donuts. Of all the food-truck items I’ve tried in Orlando, this is the one that seems most inspired by Man v. Food, and at the Food Truck Bazaar last weekend, most whom ordered it seemed to be regarding it with a combination of bemusement and, in a few cases, intimidation — and most were ordering it to share with a group. Given the amount of sugar in a lot of commercially produced hamburger buns these days, I’m not sure wrapping a burger in Krispy Kremes is that extreme now. But, it’s good fun. Exhibit B: Deep-fried, heavily battered Twinkies. I was first introduced to this concept at the Swank Frank in Chicago, which I believe has, sadly, been replaced by a Bank of America(from fat to fatcats?) Treehouse’s version is more heavily battered and just as delicious. They are great on their own, but when dipped into some blueberry preserves from the Big Wheel truck, became to-die-for. In addition to the food, I’d like to give these guys kudos for getting their Food Truck Bazaar process down to a science. Yes, all of the trucks had extensive lines, but this truck managed the process much better than most. There was a dedicated frying stand set up separate from the main line for those just after Twinkies and Oreos, multiple staff took orders from those in line and overall, things moved along much faster than expected.

I’ve been eyeing the deep-fried PBJ ever since I saw it on their menu. I was always hesitant to order it since it’s probably 1,000 calories, but my sweet tooth just couldn’t be denied anymore. It was AMAZING!!! The funnel cake flavor, mixed with the chocolate hazelnut and apricot was perfect. And since I already went down the deep-fried road, I figured I might as well get the fried Twinkies too. Also AMAZING! About halfway through eating these gifts from the deep-fried gods, I went into a food coma and can’t remember anything else. Maybe ordering both of those together was a bad idea… oh well, it was totally worth it. Excuse me, I need to go run a marathon to burn off all of those calories…

Chimoo is where it’s at, everyone is correct! The skirt steak with chicken is just bursting with flavor and then the slaw and sweet potato fries, WOW! The brisket was a little chewy but man o man, I could just eat a plate full of this deliciously seasoned beef. The chicken was delightful too, loved the bun it was on. During your first visit, you MUST try their signature sammie! Burger — wow! It was double and so big I couldn’t even fit it in my mouth.(insert joke) It was 2 patties full of flavor and the seasoning is so distinctive that it’s in a league of it’s own. I would like to try this seasoning on a filet! The density of the burger was a little overbearing so I am glad I shared it or else I wouldn’t have been able to finish the entire thing. I am also a huge fan of cheddar and provolone so the American cheese was underwhelming. Overall though, def a great burger with pizzaz. Deep fried PBnJ — Yep, you read that right. It’s a PBnJ sammie deep fried and then topped with powdered sugar. I could not order an entire one out of the pure fact that I would be embarrassed walking around with 3 things and one of them coated in whatever this is coated in ;) Luckily, there was an extra order and they cut it up and had everyone in line taste it so we all equally shared the delicious guilt. It was not what I expected, the flavors were not overtaken by the way it was prepared, I still enjoyed the creamy PB and tasty jelly. I would recommend sharing one with someone so you can experience this creation. Cash only and be prepared to wait as everything is prepared fresh, score! The customer service is top notch too, adore that!

Since we abandoned ship once we saw the lines at the Food Truck Bazaar last night, we decided to fill the void by seeking out the Tree House Truck for lunch today. A lot has already been said here so I will make this one short«ish». There were three of us so we ordered three things to share and sample among us — a chimoo, a burger and a hotdog. We all agreed that the burger was the star. The sweet, soft bun along with the complex spice blend and mango BBQ sauce give this burger it’s own unique and delicious signature appeal. It was flavorful, juicy and satisfying. The chimoo was also quite tasty. The«chi» cken was well seasoned and moist but the«moo» skirt steak was the stand out here — tender, marinated yumminess. I would love a sandwich of that alone — sooo good. The huge belly buster style hot dog was good and the fact that is was served inside a wrap rather than a roll made for a unique presentation. But it came in last on our Treehouse truck hit parade and was far surpassed by the burger and chimoo. For dessert Thomas the owner and genuinely nice guy and his cook(whose name I neglected to learn — sorry) treated us to a decadent sampling of some deep fried oreos AND as if that wasn’t enough some deep fried bread pudding. Lordy — just crank up the speed on that treadmill and start working out now. If you are excited about this growing Orlando area food truck scene(and from the size of the crowd last night many of your are) get out there and check these guys out too. Keep on truckin’!

Ate lunch @TREEHOUSETRUCK mega delicious skirt steak and chicken sub with coleslaw and sweet potato sticks it’s called the Chimoo sandwich The chicken quesadilla with sun dried tomato tortilla was very good as well. I’ve been hearing that their burger is a masterpiece I have to try it. The fried oreos and twinkies were double yum. On weekends day times they are usually at colonial and ferncreek where Crooked Spoon is M-F and they are also at Firestone Live downtown most nights when there is a concert or event. check out my food truck guide for updates:
