I stayed here for two years because it was cheaper then the surrounding apartment complexes. But it lacked certain up to date appliances and they always had problems with the water not getting hot enough! I left when they had New management to take over.

Sunnyvale, CA
Stayed here in a shared accommodation for almost two years. Was quite cheap and walking distance from the university. Downside was it faced Alafaya trail so you could hear traffic at night. They had only 2 washing machines out of which one was broken for the entire complex. There is a bar opposite to this place which could be disturbing at times. Its very easy to take a bus across the road or walk across to a convenience store if you don’t have a car.
