Wendy’s

Wendy’s is probably my favorite fast food place. The quality and price of the food is just too good. Their value menu is great I was able to get 12 nuggets and chili for 5 $ which is pretty great, especially with their chili being so delicious at least for fast food.
If you’re looking for a fast food restaurant that doesn’t leave you feeling like poop hit up Wendy’s.

I noticed Wendy’s reopened recently and decided to order from the drive thru, late at night. Ordered my food fresh, however my good was ready before I even paid, without my order not being fresh. Employees did not seem motivated, with what appeared to be the manager just throwing my order at me. As I’m heading home, my brother told me the order was even wrong and was given smaller amounts of what was ordered. Would not recommend this Wendy’s to anyone.

Wendy’s is one of the few fast food places I really like. Part of that may be because of the Dave Thomas foundation, but that’s a whole other story.
This is the Wendy’s closest to our house, and it’s *just* far enough away that I don’t go here often for lunch. But more than that, it’s in one of the most inconvenient shopping centers to get in and out of. Located at the corner of 50 and Alafaya, the turns in/​out are sharp and inconvenient and there are no lights at any of the entrances.
Once you make it inside, you’ll have a pretty pleasant experience though. The restaurant is kept clean and most of the staff is pretty friendly. I’ve never had any problems with any of my orders. Food is always made fresh or at least kept warm enough that it tastes it. Prices and portion sizes are reasonable.
If I had a complaint, it’s with some of the supervisors here. While the cashiers and random employee’s I’ve dealt with have always been very pleasant, I’ve seen some shift supervisors being really rude to the employees over absolutely nothing.
The most shocking was watching a cashier being berated for brewing a pot of decaf coffee. In front of a line of customers, the supervisor told her it was a stupid move and that not enough people ever want decaf, so she was just wasting time and supplies. The poor girl just closed her eyes for a moment, took a deep breath and said «I need this job, I need this job» very quietly.
As far as Wendy’s goes, this is one of the better locations around — management, however — maybe not.
