Our fence was installed by Jesse Maddox and his crew at Willow’s Fencing. The work was fine, for the price. This was just in December 2015, now at the beginning of February, we noticed over 20 boards have completely split down the middle, leaving gaps big enough to see to the other side. We called 2÷9÷16, and we were not even upset with them, just asked what can/​should be done with this situation, as we have never had a fence before.
I was politely told they would be out to our house to take a look to assess the damage that week. Three days of sitting at home waiting on them to show up, I called to see if they were planning to still come. She said that he would be out by Friday, they were just backed up, and I was on his list. Friday came, no one, not even a call. The next week went by, we called, my husband left 3 messages, and still nothing. This week, we have called and called leaving more messages, still nothing.
Today, 2÷24÷16, I left a message around 12pm, and just hours later, my husband tried calling and now their phone seems to be disconnected! The website that I had thought was their business page, has disappeared, so I can’t even confirm the address listed here, or contact the other office number/​address they had listed as their second location. Which seems to be completely non-​existent. The address here seems to be a home address. Who knows if its actually their home.
There was no bad blood, until you left us hanging. If you ever see a business with an owner Jesse & Virginia Maddox, don’t hire them. They’ll disappear on you.

***Update*** I sent him a message on Facebook and he has seen it, yet still no response.
Now I tried looking up a license and what a surprise No license found. Don’t be stupid like I was. Before hiring a contractor do your homework!!!

I would absolutely suggest willows fencing to anyone
They did a great job and in a timely manner. They installed fence on both sides of my house and when they ran into a layout problem they explained to me the situation and will be back to resolve the issue with a filler piece. The price is affordable especially for the quality of work and customer service they give.
