Wizard Labs is by far the best inside their customer service, prices, and quality. I just spent twenty minutes saying how much I appreciate the professional customer service, hell, I talked to the owner John for about fifteen minutes, and the tech Connor for about the same. My long review got lost when I hit the wrong part of my smartphone. That Sucks, but I can’t say enough about how cool I was treated when I kept hearing great reviews on YouTube Vape juice mixing videos. The technician Connor was so cool, and patient with me since I’m totally new to mixing the type of Vape mix I’m attempting, and then my second call was with John, the owner of Wizard Labs, I feel like I’ve made two new friends, that said if you have any questions or concerns, feel free to call anytime Stu. I purchased what I needed, and saved about $ 10.00 compared to the less than five star companies. I’m starting my own e-​juice business, and I’ve got two very cool guys to go to if I get stuck. I give Wizard Labs 5 stars easily. Especially when some of my favorite YouTube mixologists recommend Wizard Labs with energy and excitement in their voices. Hey John, and Conner, I’ll be calling you back soon. Thank you for explaining everything so that I could understand it. I’m very stoked, and can’t wait to try my first mix!!! Can’t say enough!!!
I’m new to e-​vaping in an attempt to shake a 35+ year cigarette habit.
Ordered some 100mg VG liquid to mix with my locally purchased menthol. The package was received when promised, professionally packaged and wrapped. After being burned by two out of three attempts with other vendors, these folks are a welcomed change!!!
