Yogurtopia

Arrived at 3:25 with my three kids. Sign on door said they will reopen at 3:30. Waited… Still no one at 4:00. Left annoyed.

Love this place! The yogurt isn’t too tart unlike Mochi and there are so many toppings to choose from. The owner comes in early to bake fresh treats so it’s even better!

Not really impressed. If your looking for Yogurt and selection then I wouldn’t go here to be honest. On a positive note, this place has other things like shakes.

I have to say I was not very impressed with Yogurtopia’s frozen yogurt or their boba (I would say their boba is slightly better). Employees are nice and the atmosphere is appealing. Not my top choice for fro-​yo. There are better options in Orlando (iKiwi, Menchies, etc.)

My all time favorite Frozen Yogurt place!!! a great selection of fresh toppings. My all time favorite is the chopped kiwi and mangos! Very clean, well managed, great attentive service, and a great interior chic design. I love the color of green the use to decorate with. All yogurt stations properly work which is a PLUS!
They also have great seating outside, on those nice evenings. It is located in a fairly new plaza, which makes it even nicer!
I am a big fan!!! My six year old would choose this over ice cream any day!

FROOO-​YOOOO! Great-​tasting flavors and awesome variety of toppings. Fruit is always fresh and the place is nice and clean. If you get a punch card, you’ll get a free serving after «X» amount of purchases (I can’t remember the number now). My favorite is a mix of original tart and N. Y cheesecake topped with kiwi, strawberries, mango, mochi, oreo cookie crumbs aaand fruity pebbles. MMM, MMM, MMM.

This place is delicious! The dinning area is beautiful and you’re always greeted with a smiling face. There are only two people working here at a time normally but the speed is about the same as anywhere else when I order a frozen drink. The place is a little pricey but it’s in a nice and new plaza and besides it’s totally worth it!

Love this place! The owners are an old Asian man and a cute little Asian lady. The man is very quiet and kind of odd, but the lady is nice and always willing to please — she makes all the drinks. I always order boba tea, and they load it up with boba (that they make in house). Their Thai tea is very tasty, but not quite as traditional as if you got it somewhere else.

Although this fro-​yo place is very convienent to access they don’t have the best fro-​yo nor boba. The service is very slow because they usually only have 1 to 2 people working. The prices are a bit pricey but their facility is always clean and appealing to the eye. Animé movies are always playing on their tv screens and this place is always packed with college students.

Yogurtopia was the second major frozen yogurt shop to make its debut in the UCF area. I must say that the allure of the atmosphere is what originally drove me to start going here a lot. It is hard to stay away from a froyo place which is larger than your average shop, has bright colorful lighting, and even plays popular DVDs on various TV screens throughout the store.
Another major plus is their wide variety of yogurt selections, which are frequently swapped out. I would estimate that they have about 14 – 16 flavors available at any given time, which makes for a ton of various combinations. If you are someone who likes to pile 3 – 4 flavors in one bowl of froyo, you need to check Yogurtopia out.
Yogurtopia also participates in UCF fundraisers and discounts to generally benefit the student community. As far as I’ve seen, the people who work there have been very nice and I have experienced no problems. On a few occasions, I have seen them slicing up ingredients for the toppings bar, so you know it must be fresh.

Nothing really makes it stand out from the fro-​yo crowd. Plus, the one across the street near Publix (I can’t remember the name right now) is better. I rarely go to the UCF area anymore so this one isn’t really my first choice for fro-​yo.

My favorite flavor at this place is their Cookies ‘n Cream. My favorite ice cream flavor in general is Cookies ‘n Cream, so I was really excited when I finally found a frozen yogurt equivalent that’s actually good.
But their other flavors are pretty decent too. I would say in terms of their froyo and toppings, they’re comparable to Yogurtland, but I can’t come here all too often because it’s rather far from where I live.
It’s actually more spacious than a lot of the other froyo places I’ve been to in Orlando, with plenty of seats inside and outside. The live music that they have on some nights is a nice touch. I’m a big fan of live music, so having that around, even if they’re amateurs, is quite pleasant. And it makes them a little different than the others as well.

I liked Yogurtopia; however, it’s not my favorite self-​serve Froyo.

+A bunch of flavors available! I was hoping they would have banana, as it’s my favorite, but that was not on the menu today :[ There was an assortment of at least 12 flavors to choose from. You can check out their website for a whole list of their flavors. I went with tart original (my favorite in my cup), tart sugar-​free raspberry, coco-​nilla, and strawberry cheesecake.
+A bunch of toppings. More than Mochi or other Froyo places. They had a wide assortment of fresh fruit and sweets to put on top. I was impressed by the selection of fruit. They had watermelon and pineapple, which I haven’t seen at other places.
+Affordable. It was 44-​cents per ounce.
+Nice atmosphere. I liked being able to sit outside and enjoy my Froyo without having to be frigid inside. There was also a DJ outside spinning.
+Although I didn’t try any, Yogurtopia offers boba tea. I saw several people order it, so it must be good.
Dislikes:
+I had to wait for someone to come to the counter so I could request sample cups. When I asked nicely, the guy handed me ONE sample cup. He didn’t seem very personable, so I didn’t bother asking for more. I just filled the same mini cup up with all the flavors I wanted to taste, which was a little messy.
+The toppings weren’t filled like other Froyo places. For example, I there were only 3 strawberry slices in the strawberry bin. And even though they list cheesecake chunks on their website as a topping, there were none to choose from, which suckkkkks because that’s my favorite topping!
+The yogurt was runnier than most. It melted quickly, and I had more liquid in my cup by the time I started digging in than yogurt.
I live in proximity and the yougrts I got were tasty, so I can totally see myself coming back. I definitely want to try their banana frozen yogurt!

This place is outstanding.
I am from South Florida and my friend goes to UCF one time while visiting we stopped here to get some frozen yogurt and now im hooked. I have seareched the tri county area and have not found any yogurt and experience to top this.
Last semester my best friend and I went to visit UCF and I introduced her to Yogurtopia and now were craving it and couting down the days till we can go back to UCF for yogurtopia :)

This place is like all the other yogurt places opening up around town. I like menchies better, but this one is cheaper. They have 20% off from 1 – 3 PM.

OK, last summer I moved to Los Angeles and got introduced to the ultimate, frozen treat called frozen yogurt! I’d go everyday. When I can back to Orlando I was very sad because there weren’t any frozen yogurt spots. Then I saw Yogurtopia, right next to UCF. I go there all the time!
They have the best Mango-​flavored frozen yogurt.
I definitely recommend checking them out, ASAP!

Mmmmmm Hmmmmm… Some good tastin’ FroYo… YO! Total major points for late hours, that is a HUGE plus when you have a 24 – 7 froyo need!
We headed here on a MISSION on a Thursday night around 10:30 and as soon as we pulled in the parking lot, I swear sparks were coming from this place. It was a straight up Fro-​Yo Partay!
Self serve and so fresh. Everything was so clean and bright inside, huge plus that just adds awesomeness to an already kick-​a experience. Agreeing with Ashely M here in that this place is just an all around FUN experience. This may be my 2^nd favorite fro-​yo stop in Orlando. The music was hoppin, the fro-​yo was flowin’ and everyone in that place seemed to have a smile on.
The Fro-​Yo revolution will be televised!

After my FIRST fro yo experience (since TCBY when I was a kid, but that doesn’t really count) at CeFiore, I was blown away by Yogurtopia! First of all, it’s self serve! They have 8 – 10 flavors to choose from, then a ton of toppings! You pay by the weight of it when you’re done — 44cents per ounce.
I went with Original flavor and some Mango Tango to top it off… I added strawberries, kiwis, watermelon (all fresh!), mochi, and granola… YUM!!! It was soooo good and refreshing! So tasty! And at 44cents per ounce, I ended up paying $ 7something. You do the math. No, wait… don’t. So YUM! And almost guilt-​free!
Also, the interior is super cute and comfy! Pink and green everywhere… adorable! They are also open late! We rolled in at about 10:30 and it was hoppin’!

I rarely walk out of places that serve food and say «That was fun» in reference to the actual food. Yogurtopia is an exception.
When we walked in, one of the employees asked if we had ever been there before. When we said no, Rob and I were handed a tiny tasting cup and told that we could sample as many of the frozen yogurt flavors as we liked. When we were ready, there were cups over by the frozen yogurt to serve ourselves. The rules of Yogurtopia are these:
1. You can put as many flavors as you like into your cup.
2. You can put as many toppings as you like on your frozen yogurt.
3. When you finish, the cup is weighed and you are charged $ 0.44 an ounce.
It’s kind of like being a kid in a candy store. You have some serious freedom over your dessert choices. After trying three of the flavors in my tiny tasting cup (by the way, the Cake Batter was HORRIBLE and tasted nothing like cake batter. Spare yourself!), I decided on Cookies and Cream. Rob tells me this tastes nothing like cookies and cream, however, I feel it tastes like creamy, slightly chocolate-​y goodness. So I got it. I put the yogurt in my cup and headed over to the toppings section. I went a little nuts with that and put fruit, a couple oreo pieces, some heath bar, some m&ms, etc. I think it was the freedom of choosing as many as I wanted without serious financial penalties that got to the six-​year-​old in my head. The toppings bar has absolutely everything, from chopped up fruit to candy to different types of chocolate chips to chocolate syrup and sprinkles. You can see a complete listing on the website.
My cup was a little over $ 4, but if you consider how much Coldstone’s charges for way less mix-​ins and less options, it’s worth it. It’s a really fun place to go with friends, and there are tables in and outside so if you want to hang out and talk and enjoy your 12-​topping frozen yogurt, you can. I’d come back for sure!
P. S. Since I love free things, I recommend getting the frequent buyer card if you like the place. They’ll give you one on your way out and stamp it for you.

I love being able to fully make my own frozen yogurt treat. Being able to fill my cup with as much yogurt as I want and top it with as many toppings as I want. You can top it with just fresh fruit like kiwi, strawberry, black berry, or raspberries or pig out with cheesecake, cookie dough, or oreo pieces. My favorite topping is fruity pebbles. The atmosphere is great with its bright colors and trendy modern décor.
