Abercrombie Hair Design

Took a chance on this place. I deperately needed a haircut and I did not want to spend an enormous amount of money in PTown for the cut. My hair was washed, cut and given life once again in a whirl of beautiful activity. Diane, who cut my hair was pleasant and down to earth, she made me feel at home. It is great to get your hair done by someone who truly enjoys hair and is an expert at doing it. I would definitely reccomend this place to everyone. Reasonably priced and the haircut makes me look younger. I was extremely satisfied.

This place is in Staples plaza, at the back, directly around the corner from Dunkin Donuts.
I’ve been coming here for ten years, and I’ve had every single stylist who has ever worked in the salon during that time at least once. I’ve never not loved my hair or not gotten what I asked for, no matter who did my cut and color! The shop is small, but it’s clean and the atmosphere is friendly. I love it, and as long as I live on the Cape, I will always come here.
To give you a sense of my ability to judge the services in the salon, my hair appointments take a long time because of how much I get done: I get my whole head highlighted, with a streak bleached and color deposited on top on one side, and then cut. The Goldwell Elumen permanent color that Holly uses on my hair is AMAZING– I truly mean it when I say that it DOES NOT WASH OUT the way regular hair color does. I only have to come back to get my roots done, and half the time I don’t even need to get the color touched up, it lasts that well.
I have seen many different styles done on other people who come to the salon, everything from funky and colorful hair more elaborate than mine to simple and elegant. I’ve also seen plenty of male clients, and plenty of kids, and all the stylists seem comfortable working with them. It’s also a relaxing atmosphere.
My ONE and only thing I would change about Abercrombie is the chairs in front of the sinks where they shampoo. They’re not quite comfortable, and they feel like they’re the wrong height.
Overall, I love coming to Abercrombie, and as long as I live on the Cape, I will always come here!
