It was ok what else can I say. Service was good. Vodka penne pasta good, but chicken francese way off! Chicken too thick, not enough lemon, gave us wrong pasta with it, first and last time here. We waned to like all of it but couldn’t. Maybe we ordered wrong thing lol.

Is this the hidden Italian place your looking for all the time? Yes… Authentic dishes, great friendly staff, and quick service. See Certificate on wall for Lasagna… Voted best around.

Small family owned Italian/pizza restaurant. Friendly staff and great food! We had the Chicken Francese and the Chicken Marsala both were quite tasty. The homemade bread was very good too.

Very good casual Italian dining. Great value lunch specials. Friendly waitresses and good authentic Italian meals. Décor is nothing to brag about, however the service is excellent and the food is good.

We were vacationing in Daytona and we were looking for Italian… saw the great reviews and thought we’d try this place out. WOW! Great little family owned place, we had the Bianca pizza and chicken Marsala and everything was excellent, do not come here without trying the garlic knots… they are ridiculously good!!!

Nothing fancy but good food. Had a coupon for Appetizer plus 2 Entrée’s for $ 25 and were not disappointed. Had clams in white sauce and chicken parm. Both very good. Liked the red sauce a lot. Calamari was a little chewy but good. We would go back.

It’s the only place I order pizza from! They are closed on Sunday’s! So you can’t get that to die for pizza on Sunday! Great place!

Not homemade. It is consistent like the Olive Garden, but honestly — I would rather eat at the Olive Garden. At least they are honest when they say it came out of a jar. Sub sauce for the eggplant was horrible. It tasted like Chef Boyardee. I can make better at home. You cannot make up for taste by drenching it in bad sauce to hide the overcooked and greasy eggplant.

Before Lenny’s moved into this part of town this was our go to pizza place. The place is usually empty, so we always opt for pick up. Their pizza is delicious, my daughter always gets spaghettii and raves about it. If we know Lenny’s is to busy we are happy to eat from DeVinci’s

What a hidden gem this place is. The service was excellent, my waitress was a sweet lady reminded me of Shirley Booth better known as «Hazel». The marinara sauce was excellent. Too many places simply dump out a jar of ragu, add water, and throw some hot sauce on it and call it marinara. This place obviously made it from scratch. If you really want a good authentic Italian treat, try this place right on Route 1. It’s worth the small and short trip.

Food was great… best garlic knots ever! Calamari not so good but food was great, we had lasagna, spaghetti and meatball, alfredo carbonara, and a trio.

Visited DeVinci’s for lunch on Saturday. The restaurant was less than half full. There was only 1 waitress for the entire restaurant! The waitress was very rushed, and didn’t take time to answer questions, or refill water. My entrée, baked lasagna was good. My wife ordered a calzone, which was also very good. The garlic knots were lacking(small, greasy). Spinach salad was very good. DeVinci’s would flourish if they provided better staffing.

Authentic Italian in Florida! Need more wait staff — food is awesome, portions are good — pizza is NY all the way…

Food is average for Italian fare. My gripe is about the wrong prices they advertise on their take-out menu. When I went to pick up my order yesterday, my bill was higher than expected. I asked about the difference and was told the take-out menu was about a dollar less than actual price. I should have been advised of the cost when I called in the order, especially if they knew their menus were inaccurate. Won’t be going back but they made an extra dollar.

Who are the owners paying to write these reviews? So I’ve got some gripes… Let’s start out with what was right-our server was great. Unfortunately, that’s where it ends. The place has zero ambiance, bad lighting and no music. Also, we went on a Friday night, albeit a bit early, but the large restaurant was almost empty. They seemed to take a lot of takeout and delivery orders, which, after visiting, makes sense. Now on to the food. I don’t have too many complaints there, it’s pretty hard to make something covered in cheese taste bad. That being said, it was nothing special, just run of the mill Italian. Another reviewer mentioned that«everything» was homemade, by «everything,» they mean the bread. A few things irritated us, the restaurant had wifi labeled with their name so when we inquired about using it, we were told it was only for the owner’s son… This would be fine to not supply to customers, but name your wifi something other than your business’ name. I know, sort of trivial but it annoyed me. We were also charged $ 2 to split our meal. Normally that wouldn’t bother me; however, they didn’t actually split our meal. They just brought us an extra plate and told us we could share that way, which was a mess. Also, I’ve got to mention the«wine list.» I posted a picture so you fully understand what I mean, but any wine list that includes only the type of wine and no additional information(ex: chardonnay, pinot grigio, zinfandel, etc) and charges all the same price regardless of what you order, is concerning. I would only recommend this place for families with picky eaters and children. Adults: take your palate elsewhere!

Have tried a lot of Italian restaurants in our area since moving here in 2007. But have to say DeVinci’s is our favorite. Why — Inexpensive, Great Quality Food, Always served hot to the table and friendly wait people. And they use real GLASS containers for your beverages, not plastic. Took my family from out of town there for my B-Day and they all raved about how good every selection was at DeVinci’s. Love the fact, we can go there for lunch and be in and out within less than 45 minutes.

Had the bianca pizza and Greek salad three times now. It was great twice and over cooked once. Only reason for 3 stars is slow service.

I enjoyed the food here. We grew up in an Italian neighborhood so we are quite picky about our pasta. DeVinci’s was quite good. I had the baked ziti and husband had the baked lasagna. Both were served very quickly, hot and were well made and fresh. I had the same sentiment as a previous reviewer… fresh, hot bread MUST be served with real butter, we asked and the waitress brought us BUTTER… yes! The waitress was also very, very nice. My one knock is that my husband asked to substitute the Greek salad for Cesar with his dinner, we understood that there was an up charge but it was $ 3.00. The menu price difference between the Cesar and Greek salad was only $ 1.00 soo why were we charged 3.00? Oh well we enjoyed it anyway and will go back to try the pizza.

Great price for a lot of food. The sit-down portion of the restaurant is very cute and romantic and waitress was very attentive. There’s a wide variety of pastas: gnocchi, long pastas, short pastas that you can mix with your choice of sauce in addition to Italian entrees. I ordered the linguini with clams, and there was a lot of clam meat in addition to 2 whole clams. It was very brothy, but briny and garlicky, and pasta was al dente. Boy ordered a combo that came with one shell, one cannelloni, and eggplant florentine. It was pretty good, the red sauce was very bright and fresh tasting. Eggplant was fried and rolled with a fresh spinach leaf, interesting spin. The soup of the day was Pasta e Fagioli, but the boy and I felt it was very mediocre. We did not finish it. Dessert was tiramisu, did not appear to be homemade, but it was still tasty.
