Chinese drive thru this is exactly what’s needed in many places! Very friendly staff/​cooks. I’d be a regular if I lived here! Great food, nice menu options real traditional Chinese food and tasty but that drive thru is the best! Hits the spot! Combos all the way!

As other reviewers have said, the place isn’t much to look at, and don’t expect a smiling, friendly staff, but the food is good and comes in large portions. In fact, the portions are so large I was hoping to get half portions of two items instead of a single large portion, but they were unwilling to accommodate my request.
I’ve been there several times now, but have only tried the Orange Chicken. It’s so good I’m not ready to try anything else yet.

One of my favorites places in Ormond to grab take out Chinese ! This place has been there as long as I can remember! They give you so much food two people can eat one meal!

Wonderful, fast, take out restaurant, generous portions with lots of meat and vegetables.

We LOVE this place! We stop here once a week or so. There is no inside seating, it is just a drive thru and a walk up pick up window. The exterior is a little off-​putting (kind of a run down old Checkers drive thru), but don’t let that fool you!
You get a ton of food for the price and it’s delicious, fresh, and hot. Here’s what we’ve had there and our review of it:
— Mongolian beef: Was a tad dry and rather spicy for our taste. Had lots of onions but not a ton of beef. If you like your food less saucy and you like spice, you’ll probably love this.
–Sweet & sour chicken: This was really the only bad meal we have had here. It was basically hard fried balls of batter with very little chicken inside. Seemed like they were leftovers from lunch and in the fryer too long.
–Chicken & broccoli: Excellent! We get this often and is exceptional every time. Tons of chicken and white rice, with excellent flavor. The sauce is a little sparse, so sometimes we ask for extra.
–Lo Mein: Awesome! Great flavor and tons of food.
They have excellent lunch specials for under $ 5 but make sure you get there before 3.
If you go there on a weekend night around dinner, it is best to call in ahead as you will be waiting in the drive-​thru long enough to read Ulysses. Seriously, call ahead if you can. There is a double drive=thru, but only the one side is working.
If you want a ton of great food for an excellent price, you will love this place. Granted you will have a food baby when you are done but it will all be worth it :)
As far as the service goes, it would be nice if the owner (older Asian woman) educated herself as to basic American manners (i.e. saying «thank you» to paying customers) but that won’t stop us from going back, it is that good! :)

Like someone else stated, dont let the building scare you away. They make everything to order, its always fresh and good. Plenty of food for the price.

By far NOT the greatest Chinese you will have. But their portions are good size. I typically get the General Tso chicken, spring rolls, eggs rolls. have had their lo mein. Meh it’s ok not that great. It wouldnt be my first choice. It’s just an old checker’s building.

Don’t let the slightly rustic (ex-​Checkers double drive thru) appearance draw you away. Very good drive thru Chinese takeout, freshly made after you order. Great daily lunch specials. Portions are absolutely huge with a hearty portion of meat piled on top of lots of added vegetables (onions, broccoli, mushrooms, carrots, snow peas)…for the 4.25 lunch special.

We have eaten here in the past and become ill afterwards. Decided to give this place one more chance. We ate there last night and both me and my wife became quite ill again. Yes, you get a lot of food for your money, but the price you pay for eating there (i.e., illness) is not worth it. They will not get our business again.

Chinese drive thru fast food doesn’t get better than that little place! Great lunch specials under $ 5. Don’t expect a smile or «how are you» frm thw owners, but the food is great and totally worth it!

Chinese fast food! How can you go wrong? Huge portions for the price and fairly quickly too. They have a large menu. If you want to eat here, it’s outside by a busy intersection only, so beware if you are looking to eat out. The food is pretty tasty. I am still on my quest to find really great Chinese food here in town, but I do like this place. The food is always piping hot! The egg roll I’m having as I write this is great and not greasy at all.

They’re good. You get a lot for your dollar, too.
