This is probably the best IHOP I’ve been to.
The place was very clean and well-maintained. Service was friendly and professional. Despite being busy, the food came out incredibly quickly. I came here twice and was really surprised at how quickly my food arrived.
Both times I got a combo with 2 chocolate chip pancakes, egg whites, sausage links, and hash brown. Most of it was great, especially those chocolate chip pancakes. Yummm. Didn’t care too much for the egg whites, they were kind of cold and watery.
All in all, best IHOP experience I’ve ever had. Too bad I’m just a tourist!

clean, fast service. I wish I could give a million stars. I was immediately greated and sat at my table. My server was nikii, but they were all amazing servers. The food was quick and perfect. They clean everything throughly with water and soap. Most sanitary restaurant I have ever been to. Amazingly satisfied, I recommend to anyone in this area!

I’m not a huge fan of chain stores, IHOP being one of them, especially back in Miami where I’m from. IHOP branches there are generally really beaten down and the service isn’t great. I decided to try out this place after staying just a few blocks away in the Lotus Inn. I must say that I was surprised!
There was a manager there overlooking all of the ship’s crew. We were greeted immediately and were seated in seconds. Our server showed up promptly and fulfilled our order to perfection. My girlfriend had a combo, and I had a half order of the harvest nutty pancakes that were delicious! One note to add is that there are 4 flavors of syrup on every table: blueberry, strawberry, pecan, and classic.
The service and breakfast were excellent. I would not hesitate coming back!

Like many chains it is the staff that makes the difference. This is a great staff! They are attentive and get you what you need. They do not play the petty «that’s not my table» that you get at some places. They all seem to help each other. Food is pure comfort. Love that they put pancake batter in the eggs to make them extra fluffy. CAUTION — the tile by the bathrooms get slippery since it is by the kitchen area. On several occasions I have found my feet sliding down the hall.

Simply good like most IHops They were very busy and my ticket got switch with another table so you will need to ensure yours is correct when you pay.

Food never disappoints but I’m giving this location 3 stars because of the atmosphere. The location is small and the cooking is done right in the middle of the restaurant. We almost left as soon as we sat down because the main cook was slinging and banging plates and yelling out orders so loud he disrupted everyone in the restaurant! I could hardly carry on a conversation with my boyfriend and his dad! They wanted to leave but I convinced them to stay cuz I really wanted to try the stuffed croissant that just came out.

I do love IHOP! Am a sucker for the pumpkin pancakes — though I do find their prices to be a bit high. Love the service! It’s top knotch!

Average! Very loud and crowded! I make better biscuits at home. Not worth the wait or price for us. We would have been better off picking us donuts and cofee from the convient store.

Typical IHop but not quite as large as most restaurants. I think this one might fit 40 people if they are lucky. We went on a Sunday afternoon so it wasn’t crowded at all. The service was good, food typical IHop food. We ate, enjoyed the beach for a few minutes, then left.
Not a bad place for a breakfast if you are in that area!
