The outdoor live music made this. If not for that, it would be an okay place if you drive in for the day from 40 and don’t want to drive an extra mile or two. I’m used to peel and eat shrimp being slit down the back. Nice and cold Corona at least, I’ll stick to just beer and music here in the future

Although the service, drinks and appetizer were great. Our entrees lacked a lot of flavor and was really bland. We had fish and chips platter with 2 fish tacos platters and conch fritters and everything needed salt or pepper and still lacked the «blackened» Cajun flavor that we all requested. I definitely recommend the buffalo shrimp mild with blue cheese yum! The Moscow mules and piña colada we ordered were delicious! They don’t serve crab labs or lobster and the men in our family really wanted that oh well. Def a good place for drinks and apps.

Was a bit disappointed at how much I had to wait for everything– to be seated, to order, to get my burger, to pay. The burger was ok — nothing extraordinary. Will not come back

Delicious! I ordered the citrus shrimp and chicken over the pineapple risotto. My hubby had the swamp burger. The food came out piping hot. The waitress Becky was very friendly and did a great job. The restaurant was clean. I also had a hurricane to drink quite good as well. I would recommend this restaurant and would eat here again. Prices were pretty reasonable.

Went here because they are dog friendly (on the patio, of course). They do welcome dogs, that wasn’t the issue: The issue was the service was terrible (okay, that may just be a hit or miss thing) AND the food was mediocre, at best. Took forever just to get a menu. When we finally did get one, we were asked what we wanted to drink. Unfortunately for us, we needed to see what was on the menu. Then it’s another 15 minutes to order the drinks– They were good, actually– A grey goose mule and a tangerine rum drink. Had to ask for a water bowl for the dogs. No dog menu was given, so no idea about that. Insofar as the food, I’m really starting to think some of these 5 Star Raters have absolutely zero concept of what good food is. The conch fritters were terrible: We’ve had the «real deal» in Key West and the Bahamas, but these were a complete mess. Large, greasy globes of batter with a lumpy gelatinous substance in each one– Tasteless to boot. Yum !!
Then we split a Lulu Burger– Not tasty at all.
We also ordered Buffalo Shrimp– Might have been good, if not cold– They also had tails on then– Why? Bottom line, mediocre (at best) food and terrible service = we won’t be back.

Bottom line (FOR BREAKFAST): Very friendly service, depressing ambiance, mediocre food
The pros: the service was really friendly and flexible and quick.
The cons: The setup is depressing. Sort of a jazzy/​Bob Marley vibe, but in the morning… Also the location, while near the beach, makes you want to take your food and eat on the beach, not in the restaurant.
Oh and the food — It was Meh. We ordered a couple of sandwiches. The product fit the description, but overall was bland and cheesy (the cheese was overwhelming). The home fries were good and the fruit cup was generous!

Scallop salad was awesome!

I recently discovered this place and I am in love with it! The rice and beans are my favorite and the prices are very reasonable for the portions and the quality of the food. The patio area is very inviting and I love that they allow dogs and even have a menu for them!

Super friendly and fast service! Awesome happy hour deal of half off appetizers. The peel and eat shrimp and conch fritters were awesome! Very nice outdoor patio with shade, close to the beach. Great time

This place rocks! I had buffalo shrimp which I never heard of, and it was just amazing. Better than buffalo wings. I never thought I’d Say it. The waiter was extremely nice too. Thats always a plus in my book. I will be here another week from Newyork. I cant wait to return.

An excellent place for lunch, breezy patio, accommodating waitstaff (Victoria), great food and reasonable prices. The flounder Reubens were great.

we were there for bike week and ate there twice! Dinner was great with awesome shrimp and scallops.
Brunch in sunday with fried green tomatoes was some of the best I have ever had. I will definitely be back next time I am in town.

My husband and I had the peel & eat shrimp to start off which was a good start. We ended with items from the Specials of the Day, which were blackened seafood chowder and shrimp & grits. Both choices were outstanding! We will be back.

Stopped in for a bite on the way back from the Rolex 24 and happy we did. Flatbread ahi tuna and fish tacos were the call. Tasty. Great service by CJ. Will look to be back next time through.

Stopped for a light lunch. Beer selection wasn’t great, but mixed drink menu was pretty extensive.
Outdoor patio was pretty nice. Fenced in with palm trees to cut the view of the neighboring CVS. Dogs were allowed, which we enjoy.
I had the poke bowl. Oddly delicious. Lots of tuna and rice, although cold rare tuna over hot rice was a bit weird. The sauces were delicious on the tuna but weren’t enough to fully flavor the rice. Cucumber and avacado enhanced the presentation but didn’t really fit. I happily ate them as a sort of appetizer salad.
Others ordered the quinoa salad (looked ok although the fish part was fantastic), fried fish sandwich (normal looking), and the seafood pasta (which looked fantastic and got devoured).
Will go back although I prefer to sit inside.

We ate here on vacation this week. The service and food was good. It was a pretty quiet night which was a plus. They do have tv’s so we were able to watch football. The prices were reasonable as well.

Our waiter, CJ, was on point when serving our party of 12. He took our orders fast, got our drinks and food out fast. It was a good dinner.
The style of the restaurant was cool too. Kind of beachy, kind of retro. Try it out.

The steak and shrimp special was «ok», steak tasty but portion very small. Would not recommend.
The garlic sirloin was surprisingly good, decent portion too. Fresh green beans were cooked a tad too long for my tastes but still good. Would order the latter again. Meal prices were on the high side especially considering most portions were on the small side.
Wine bottle price was good, wine quality ok.
Friendly waitstaff. Good service.
Charming outside seating was spoiled by smokers, had to sit inside. Might be safe on a breezy day?
I would neither avoid or pursue going back again.

We stopped in for dinner on a Friday evening around 6PM. We were seated immediately. The service was very good. We had our drinks within minutes and the server was ready to take our order before we knew what we wanted.
I had the blackened mahi mahi tacos, my wife had the grilled mahi mahi tacos, my son had the bacon and bleu cheese burger, and my daughter had the fried chicken salad. Everyone enjoyed their meal. I very much enjoyed the tacos.
It could be 4 stars but the prices seemed a bit high for the portions. I mean for $ 12 you only get two tacos and some rice and beans (which were very good also) and $ 2.50 for a soda.
