I’ve been going to this salon for a year. Unfortunately my stylist took a leave of absence, so I used Marjon. She was awful. My extensions have lumps, they are crooked, the glue is lumpy, and the color doesn’t match. When I called her within 30 minutes after leaving, she made excuses. All while telling me she knows what she’s doing because she’s been doing this for 26 years. Yet, she asked me where she should put the four extensions she had remaining on her tray. Actually, having to leave with one in my hand. It’s amazing how I walked in with 16 extensions, but left with 15 in my hair and one in hand. Do not use her if you want to be happy.

I’ve recently transplanted from New Jersey and have had the same person cutting and coloring me for ages! So naturally it is a bit stressful to try to find someone who can continue the same style cut and get to know my curly (often frizzy) headed cowlicked freakish hair.
I went to a salon in St Augustine when I first moved here and was not happy with the cut. I ask all the the stylists to please follow the current cut I have and if they can’t, I’d rather not have it cut.
With my recent experience at the other salon, I had no intention of getting a cut today at Marjan, just a color.
But Kristi was awesome! She listened to me and I got the feeling she genuinely wanted to help make me feel comfortable (and not like I was being the annoying, nervous customer that I know I was being)
She visually (by showing me the angles I currently have vs what she suspects the last stylist did) reassured me that she knew exactly what she was doing! I felt so at ease with her cutting me I almost went for a completely different style than what I have — THAT’S HOW MUCH I TRUSTED HER! (I said I almost got a different style … LOL –maybe next time)
The color is amazing! I LOVE IT! Different than what I have been getting, but WAY BETTER!
She cut me with perfect angles and the layering is superb!
I now know my new Florida salon! Thank you Kristi!

Ana is wonderful. She corrected my chemically processed hair, she had to correct my chemically damaged hair from my last hairdresser. I highly recommend her.

Marjan Salon is fantastic. The color correction I received from Sheila today was incredible. She took my grey-​green hair and turned it into a masterpiece.
It’s obvious that all the women there work as a team and are a great crowd. I really watched the other clientele as I say through my process and saw incredible results from all of them so I don’t think you could be in bad hands with any of the stylists. However, hats off to my girl Sheila. She gave me a great cut, blow out and repaired my color without frying it. She and Marjan also took the time to listen to what I didn’t like about the grey-​green mop and looked at pictures with me and took the time to make me feel comfortable with the process and answered questions.
You may have a little shell-​shock from the prices, but they did warn me ahead of time about the estimate. It took her hours to fix, but the end result was killer and worth it!

I went in with a Groupon for a shampoo, cut and blow dry. Karsyn did a wonderful job. My hair looks great. I’ll definitely be going back for color soon!

I have been going to Marjan since I was 16 years old! I’m now 30 so that already tells you a lot! She has changed my hair so many times and I never have been disappointed she always knows the trend styles and goes above and beyond. Her staff members are like family to her you can just tell the live they have for each other. I have started a few times during my years Because I lived out of the Daytona area but came back right away I would drive just to have her do my hair. She is the best in the area and I could not see myself without another stylist. Your the best Marjan!

Called Noël after two years and she was so gracious to fit me in. So happy for her and new baby!
Anyway, she did the absolute most wonderful cut and color. I am so happy she is still here for me and I will never defect again!

The owner Marjan is an amazing person & has been in the industry a long time so she is most experienced and amazing at awesome cuts and hair restoration as well as color. She always keeps up with industry trends and attends industry events to always keep learning and teaching. Smart, adorable and quick witted, you are sure to have a good time while your sitting in her chair. She has a very loyal following that have been with her for years.
