First the location on the Unilocal map is incorrect. This restaurant is a few miles south on US1 from where the map shows it. Interestingly the address is correct.
That all said this is a classic local place for breakfast. You will see the same people here if you come enough. The food is good and the service has always been pleasant. They do stop serving oatmeal after 10am so if you want it get there early. The omlets are hearty and the atmospher is very casual and relaxed.

Quick, simple and efficient breakfast. Exactly what you need when someone won’t make breakfast at the tent! We shared hash, scrambled eggs and bacon. Coffee filled and a cup to go. Kept us going for the races. Staff is friendly and attentive… and our visit didn’t break the bank

This little place is so friendly, the staff so sweet, the food is delicious and it comes out fast :) We love coming here for breakfast. The Belgian waffle is wonderful, the bacon crispy and the eggs just right.

Slow service and overstressed staff, the kitchen is nowhere near large enough to handle the dining area, the food was passable but overprepped to the point of hospital food.
