Volusia Memorial Funeral Home

I have 2 relatives and a few friends buried here. Both of my family members had there viewings at the onsite funeral home. The staff was then and still are great to deal with. When my mother goes to visit they help her with any flowers that she is trying to get up onto the holders on the top rack for my sister. The services and burial were very nice as well as the viewing. The pall bearers (vincent and another gentalman) were great. The grounds are well maintained. A few years back several trees were damaged by storms. They have since been carved into different animals and painted. Looks great. I have also helped here several times with my son’s Boy scout troup putting out flags for the veterans during holidays.

Unfortunately, we had to hold a funeral at Volusia Memorial funeral home for my grandfather quite some time ago. The staff here are outstanding — they helped my family with all of the details and planning of the funeral. The service and burial was very dignified and we could not have asked for more.
The common area is filled with plush chairs and you can have music played through the sound system in the chapel of your choice as well as in the common area. Volusia Memorial offers two chapels — one chapel is small and the other is much larger.
I can not truly express how thankful I am that we were able to rely on Volusia Memorial for the funeral and burial of my grandfather.
