Solid & dependable shop over the years. Knowledgeable and friendly mechanics and staff. I’ve purchased a couple of bikes from this location, no issues at all. I use and trust these guys for my bike mechanic stuff. Big selection of apparel, equipment, and bikes. Never too busy, easy to find.

I guess you could say this last year I became «bike curious». I like to support local business so I checked on Trek. The owner himself educated me on everything I needed to know about switching up to a road bike. Starting with the bike and head to toe equipment. This isn’t just his business, its a way of life so he knew what he was talking about. It’s also nice that they do their own financing.

I had my bikes shipped here from New Hampshire and they did a nice job setting up. They also fixed a broken spoke. Highly recommend their service. Like the folks at this shop and found them easy to do business with.
Update: stopped using this bike shop because of service problems.

These guys (and gals) are always the best. Both Trek stores offer great, knowledgeable service, but I live close to this one. They are always patient with my questions, and never have that elitist attitude that unfortunately is found at some (but not all) of the other local bike shops around town. I also attended a ‘Meet the Pros’ night there and met Emily Batty!
