I’ve visited Bicycle Ranch numerous times, and have always been treated like a VIP. Great service department, and a wide variety of top-​line products. The owner, Steve, is really knowledgeable. I have also gone on their shop rides, and they are challenging, with some strong riders who join the pack. Great shop!!!

I just moved to Tucson, so everything is new to me. Abit overwhelming at times settling in. I decided I wanted to take up cycling, so I am a novice. I went into the Tucson location, and both Steve and his young employee were most helpful. There was no pressure to buy a bike, and they answered all my questions. I bought a bike and some accessories. Steve showed me the operation of the bike, installed a bike rack on my car and even showed me how to fix a flat tire. All this while his employee got the bike ready for me. I like this type of friendly neighborly feel of a small business store. Something that is truly missing in todays way of life. Steve and his employee get my vote, and I would recommend his store. It was a nice welcome to Tucson for me, so now I’m ready to try out all the BIke paths in Tucson.

The Tucson bicycling community could not ask for a bigger supporter than Steve at Bicycle Ranch. He donates both time and money to several local non-​profits. This is why when I decided to replace my (4 year old) son’s bike, I went to Bicycle Ranch.
I stopped in midday on a Sunday to check out what BR had in stock. After my son decided the white and blue «Batman» bike would be more than awesome, I was told the bike would be ready before the close of business. These guys were true to their word and I was picking up my son’s bicycle shortly before the close of business.
They made certain the fit would work, explained the «trade up» program, and we were on our way. What a great experience for both myself and my son.

Last week I bought a new to me bike. Took it in to get new tires. Not only did they take great care of me, they were nice and informative. Explaining options yet not pushy Excellent customer service

We bought inner tubes here and the port where you put the air in tore off. Clearly defective, but they refused to take the tube back for a refund. What is the use of buying local? I’m going to Oro Valley Bicycles or Metro Gnome instead for superior service.

I am so happy I was referred here! So we had an old bike that we were thinking of having restored. After stopping at AZ Cyclist they advised us we’d be better off with spending a little more and getting a new bike. But they only had the very nicer end ones, so they referred us to Bicycle Ranch. We went to check them out and Steve was quick to help us and start discussing our options. I had my eye on a Cannondale so he had one brought up that was suited for my size and let me check it out. Since I was very interested he offered to have it aired up so I could ride it and of course I fell in love. We bought the bike and he gave me some helpful information on top of inviting me to come back in 30 days so they can check out my bike and make sure everything is working as it should. I also purchased some accessories and they installed everything for me so I left ready to ride. Great customer service, I will definitely continue to go here for all my bike needs!
