Walmart Supercenter

Terribly disorganized store. Ladies clothes is not positioned like other locations where things are easier to find.

Stopped here last night on my way home from sister-​in-​laws house in Oracle and needed some American cheese… They have Land O’ Lakes! Well Kevin in the deli was awesome! Not only very knowledgeable about items they had in deli case but also a great attitude! Thank you Kevin!

Not bad. It’s one of the nicer Walmarts I’ve seen. You get what you ask for when you walk into a Walmart but sometimes it’s just convenient and cheaper.

It’s difficult not to compare this to other Wal-​marts but the truth is that this particular Wal-​Mart deserves to be compared to other stores in general. It’s clean, the employees are friendly & helpful, prices are decent, & the only time I’ve stood in a particularly long line was with the Christmas rush. Compared to other stores in the area, it’s doing a good job. Compared to the Wal-​marts around home, it’s in a whole other class. Honestly, it reminds me of Wal-​Mart when Sam Walton was still in charge & I could enjoy shopping there.

This is a clean store compared to some others; the aisles and products can be a mess or missing altogether sometimes, however. Staff is friendly but sometimes hard to find or even find someone that is knowledgeable. We tend to go to this location for our needs.

Wow… traveled out of my area to specifically visit this store for a new laptop. Prices were great, and they had quite a few to choose from. Here’s where it goes downhill… it took an associate about 25 minutes to even acknowledge me, and before I could even ask questions to the associate who finally asked me if I needed help, he told me that they were out of most of the computers and that they were expecting a new shipment in a couple of weeks. Thanks. for sending me to Best Buy.

Why do I feel compelled to review a Walmart? Well, because I can of course!
I like when I’m in OV and am close to this Walmart, let’s just say with a family of 5, things get a little hairy at times. It is especially nice that the aisles are large and accommodate a lot of people. Without the large aisles, my husband and I may have a catastrophe on hand with the young ones. I digress.
They have the normal assortment of things you would expect. I think their produce section leaves a little to be desired but of course if I want something good I have the rest of Tucson at my finger tips to find something better.
Walmart will never employ any more than 3 cashiers tops no matter which location you goto, that being said, this location is nice because I don’t seem to run into as many add matching moms, bless you ladies for your patients and dedication it’s just not my thing and likewise I don’t want to be stuck behind 3 of you for 45 minutes.
This location is close to a lot of other things. You have nail and hair places. Ulta, DSW shoes, Petco, and Best Buy and Dicks. You can get a small his/​her shopping day all in one area.
So overall — Clean and non catastrophe causing aisles. Normal cashier to shopper ratio. Not spectacular but gets the job done.

The store is fine the lines to get out, especially the express lanes, suck. Like I said before limit express lines to 10 items or add a self checkout line for people with 10 items or less. It’s ridiculous there are always carts in the express lines at lunch.

This rating applies strictly to produce department. The produce is not fresh looking (because many times it isn’t), displays are not always identifying the produce I.e., signage or price. Lastly, more often than not prices are well above competitors. While Wal Mart has a match the competition policy, the overall quality is such that many times I wouldn’t take the produce if they gave it to me!

Alot of the people that work there act as if they just putting in time. Since Walmart’ customer service has gone down hill I have been impressed at how Target has really started given first rate service with friendly personal.

Not really a fan of Walmarts in general but this particularly one is pretty clean compared to the 3 – 4 I visited down further south. For some bizarre reason, the ammo selection lacks Federal bulk pack of 22 so I had to go elsewhere for that. On the few occasions I’ve been here, the workers have been pretty friendly and helpful which is a pleasant surprise. Other than those comments, not much else to say.

The problem with this wal-​mart is the complete lack of checkers. The lines are always loooooonooong and slooooooow moving. Never have I been to any wal-​mart from Washington to Florida, New York to Hawaii that has Only FIVE checkers working during the after work (6 PM) busy times.
Yes the place is clean but what I want is to get in and out quick and this wal-​mart fails miserably in that area.

This is my local Walmart. It is very clean and I know where everything is so I like that.
I have one tip if you go here (or any Walmart). Walmart does the deal matching which means if you find the Item cheaper at another store, Walmart will match that. Well at our Walmart there are some pretty serious shoppers and they are serious price matchers, and if you get behind them in line you will wait forever. So pick your line carefully.
