These guys are awesome! We used to use A-​1 Appliance for our rentals and for our own home. I currently live in an apartment and the manager uses A-​1 Appliance and I’ve had nothing but good experiences with them each time. We’ve had James come out and work on the fridge, garbage disposal and the dishwasher and he knows his appliances! When I own my own home again, I’ll definitely use these guys. I would recommend them!

So many years in this small city, they are darn good! Prompt, professional, and a wonderful selection of appliances. I have purchased many things from them through the years, and they stand behind their products. With 6 rentals I am in contact with these folks often. I do wish they had a woman or two in the repair crew! That’s my only suggestion, otherwise keep up the good work. Also bought my gas BBQ there and I love it.

Thank you to the great staff at A-​1! Not only did they save me money– but they were able to deliver & install my appliances! The guys super promt and friendly. I am happy to be able to do business with a local company who cares about the community & it’s customers!

This place and management are a waste of your time and money. Manager Mike is RUDE and cannot accept that he is wrong. Even after proving his employee James had lied to Whirlpool and Whirlpool confirming this information… Mike still acted disrespectfully and unprofessional towards us. I would never give my hard earned money to this place. Their appliances and service are completely overpriced anyways!!! They bank on the fact they are one of a few appliance stores in town.
