I purchased a Chicken Bacon and Swiss for my father whom was recovering at the near-by hospital and after returning to him and offering the sandwich he gladly dug-in. After a few bites he complained that the bread was soggy and the bacon looked old. So I had a look and he was right, not only was the bread soggy and the bacon old, the cheese wasn’t even melted in the slightest and the chicken patty was dry and only ¼inch thick. This was a five dollar sandwich! So I tossed it and decided I was going to Taco Bell. As I drove by Arby’s, on a whim, I decided to go in and let them know that they had sold a shoddy product. I had NO intention to get a refund or a sandwich replacement, I just wanted to let someone know. The team-member were very polite and understanding while listening to my complaint and offered me a free sandwich to ensure I would walk away happy. And I was happy and surprised that I was getting a new sandwich. And then came the store manager. She told me that if I didn’t have the old sandwich then how is she to believe my story? The team member assured her that I was just here and that he remembered me, and I even had my receipt on me. She stuck to her position, even though I had already been offered a new sandwich. Can you imagine spending money at a business and getting a bad product? Of course you can, we have all had this happen to us at some point. But can you imagine complaining, which is your right as a consumer, and then being offered a replacement and feeling like things are being made right only to have the store manager tell you that she thinks you might be lying and then vetoing the team members decision to make it right. It was embarrassing to be made to feel like a liar or a scam-artist, especially in front of other costumers. I will never forget the way I was made to feel and it is safe to say that Arby’s may be ruined for me because I will always associate Arby’s with this bad experience.

I have been into Arby’s a couple times now and for fast food, it’s pretty good in my opinion! I mostly came in because I had coupons! On my last visit I ordered the Turkey Gryo sandwich and I really liked it. The wrap was very soft and had good flavor. The turkey was similar to thin deli sliced meat. They have the best curly fries. I should mention, They DONOTHAVEFRENCHFRIES, only Curly fries, Onion rings, and Potato cakes, which are similar to triangle hashbrowns. Customer service was nice to me and food came out fine. Both visits I came during morning hours before noon, and it was not packed or crazy busy. They have a counter that has all kinds of sauces and condiments on it, so you can just go help yourself to what you want. While I was there, I ordered a Boylan Black Cherry soda pop in a glass bottle(made with real Cane sugar), and WOW, it was DELICIOUS! I have never tasted it before, I liked it so much that I ended up buying 3 more bottles to bring home lol. Would definitely return again to this location and if they still offer the Boylan drinks, I would buy more too. The inside was fairly clean and they had the TV on news. Their parking lot is huge, lots of spaces to park at. Best way to find it, is across from Oroville Hospital area.

Horrible Horrible Horrible! Do Not Give Them Your Money$$$ worst customer service ever! Brenda deserves to be fired immediately if not sooner… I printed out the online coupon for registering my email and it said all you had to do was buy a small or larger drink to get a free classic roast beef sandwich., which I ordered a French dip meal super sized for $ 9.23 Brenda said this purchase does not qualify and then charged me separate for my meal which then came to $ 11.85? Brenda Had no intention and was rude about giving me my free sandwich! The food was cold… cheese not melted. Fries were re-dipped greasy! When I got back to work there was no aujus in the bag and my diet dr pepper wasn’t diet at all… Being a diabetic I was pissed and still no offer to make things right and give me my free sandwich! I will be contacting the owner, as I gave her every out to make me happy and she refused!!! This place is crap! Don’t give them your money!!! RIP-OFF!!! Spread the word! Brenda needs to Go!!! ASAP!!!

How does Arbys stay in business ?? The meat has to be imported at next to nothing for any of these franchisee’s to stay afloat. Three for Five is the only thing this chain has… yuk

I love arby’s food but this one was a bit off. Many of the dipping sauces were out. The manager was reprimanding one of her employees to clean up the area in front of us customers. The manager was right about telling her employee to clean up the lobby area but do it behind closed doors. So unprofessional. The food was good like always.

Terrible service and sub-par food. You’re better off at Taco Bell.

Oh my! It sucks to go somewhere with the understanding that your getting fast food, only to be left in the drive thru for 15 minutes?! WTF?! Then to get crappy food to boot? There was only 3 cars in the parking lot and I was the only car in the drive thru. Because of this one visit I’m positive I will not return to this place. I hope the management and/or owners see this and decide to take some pride in the business of serving food. After 15 minutes I expected a great sandwich at the least. What I got was edible but not tasty. Just cuz it’s cheap and meant to be fast doesn’t mean it has to be slop!!! Take some pride in what you do people! It’s not what your role is in life, it’s knowing your role and doing it as best as you can.

Sloppy, sloppy, sloppy, #1 The Food– The food looks like it was tossed together and squished once packaged, even when eating inside the restaurant. After unwrapped I usually want to wrap it back up and place it gently into the receptacle and be on my way. It is in no way appetizing. It tastes mediocre even for an Arby’s. Whenever I got something with cheddar sauce on it, the sauce was cold and tasted awful. Warm cheddar sauce is much better WARM. #2 Employees– So sorry to sound judgmental, but they always look like they just rolled out of bed and crawled to work. Their appearance is sloppy, like no one cares they’re representing a business and they can’t wait to get out of there. #3 Customer Service– Umm… it’s lacking. In fact, it’s nonexistant. You’re lucky if they ask you if you’re ready to order. I usually get the employee that stumbles out of the back and stands staring me down behind the register without saying a word like I’m wasting my time looking at the menu… and maybe they’re right. With so much wrong there must be a management issue. When I’m tired of all other food places I think«Hey, I’ll give Arby’s another try.» I regret it every time.

I happened across a flyer for Arby’s new Angus Three cheese and bacon, beef sandwhich. All I can say is my compliments to the photographer. The flyers shows a beautifully made sandwhich that looks like it will melt in your mouth, loaded with beef, bacon and melted cheese. What I got was a sandwhich that looked like someone sat on it. This sandwhich is way overpriced for what you get. Arby gets and F for presentation and a C– for taste. There are too many other places that offer a much better sandwhich for less money.
