First walked up and homeless where hanging out there its like this all the time. walked in and ordered the place looked disgusting. The worker behind the counter was very rude as we sat down with our meal I noticed that all the employees just started gathering around complaining about how they have to work and howdy person running the counter should clean the windows and was complaining about cleaning the windows and was told that it shouldn’t be their jobs that it was maintenance job to clean the windows but you would think that any restaurant that would like their restaurant to be nice and neat and orderly however I did not feel like this was the case I would not recommend this to anyone to eat here

Workers bit chin. Bathroom has«soap» in a cup. Toilet paper roll on the ground. Sink faucet has no handles. Don’t go here. Unless u drunk n don’t care… So sad

Skip this place, no matter what. If you are drunk or stoned, that would be the only reason to go here. I saw the kitchen here once and I was appalled. Every dish in the place was in the sink and it was piled so high you would need to wear a hard hat to keep you from being hurt if it fell over. Floors are so greasy you can skate on them with golf cleats. Just gross.

11/15/2015. Stopped in while passing through Oroville. You expect a certain level of sameness from store to store in a fast food chain. This JitB isn’t up to par. Upon entering, I first went to the mens bathroom where the toilet paper dispenser was empty and had to ask the counter person for a roll. My mate reported a leaky sink and water on the floor in the womens restroom. After ordering, we noticed there were no napkins in the dispenser nor ice in the drink machine and had to ask for both from the counter person. As we sat down to eat, the workers were arguing and calling each other liars loud enough we could hear them at the farthest table in the place. The manager either didn’t care or was distracted while taking drive-thru orders. This store seems to be run by children with no supervision. A good manager would have told the staff to quiet down and if they had time to argue, they had time to refill the ice and napkin dispensers and clean the bathrooms. While we won’t be back, the locals deserve better.

Jumbo jack with ketchup and mustard only. That means no lettuce, tomatoe or onion folks. You really have to work hard at SUCKING to get one star on Unilocal.Stay away from this place.

I feel so bad for this Jack in the Box! Only been here once and NEVER going back… we came in on a Friday night after 9pm, drive thru was packed!!! Dining in seemed like a better option. First off upon arriving, it smelled really bad like urine, the front doors/window were filthy, and then, the inside of the place was dirty too! Tables, chairs did not seem thoroughly wiped down. The staff working were friendly towards us and stressed out, either they were overwhelmed busy or short staffed. They had NO coffee made and NO iced tea, so I had to get a soda. I picked Fanta and it tasted like it had no carbonation or no sugar taste, something was obviously wrong. Then they were out of Chicken strips, and a few other items. That was a first for me, first time to come to a fast food place and they were out of stock on 3 items!!! Yikes… I originally wanted to order the Mushroom Portabello Swiss Buttery Jack, but they were out of mushrooms so I opted for the Sriracha burger instead. Unfortunately they forgot my cheese… but I didn’t want to try to go get a slice of cheese, so I just ate it the way it came. I really like their sourdough burgers, but this one just tasted dry and not very much spicy flavor. The curly fries did not taste fresh and were mostly bits and pieces, not long curly! Sadly, if you read the other Unilocal reviews here, majority of them are one star negative experiences :(

Just came to the drive through. I was told it’s a 35 – 40 min wait … Lol There was no explanation of apology. Just wait 30 – 40 minutes for your orders Never seen this anywhere

Worker behind counter handed me my paper drink cup with her fingers inside the cup, after she was wiping her nose! Extremely slow service at counter, bad personal hygiene. This place makes the Jack in the box franchise look bad!

I’m not exaggerating here, the last 5 times I’ve gone they have been out of most of the stuff on the menu. They were out of coffee at 9am. The reason they gave was«it takes a long time to make.» They’re usually out of different ingredients, but last time they were out of all burger patties and all chicken patties. That’s inexcusable. If they manage to have what you want, make sure you check it before you leave, the staff is usually too stoned to get an entire order right.

There were fly strips hanging from the ceiling. Who wants to eat their burger with that hanging over your head? My burger and curly fries were tasty as always, so maybe stick to the drive-thru. The staff was pretty friendly though.

Two stars. But that’s for any Jack in the Box. And this is one of the low end Jacks. But once in awhile I need a Jumbo Jack with cheese dang it! don’t you judge me ! Lol
