Huntington’s Sportsman’s Store

Nice selection and good service. I had my 4470 done in less than 10 minutes. Yes they can be a bit pricy but most small gun shops are.

I have since then gone back and looked at both Ammo and Gun, a complete turn around. The counter help was absolutely friendly.

Always great service and awsome selection, I have purchased 8 firearms here and would recommended this store to anyone.
I have to drive 30 minutes to get here but that’s not a problem for the experience.
If you get a chance to dtop in even just to look around I would say not to hesitate I guarantee you would not be disappointed.

I find myself fortunate to live local to Huntington’s. The selection is awesome as far as guns, ammo, and reloading/​shooting supplies. The firearm prices are market driven though so if comparing to online retailers, they may seem high, but by the time you add transfer, DROS, etc. you are paying the same either way and buying from here supports a local organization that gives back locally.
I’ve never had a problem purchasing, transferring, etc. here and I’ve done quite a bit of it over the years (I’ve been a customer for at least 20 years, and browsed the aisles for another 10.) I think I’ve probably spent what would have been most of my kids’ inheritance here, but in the end they’ll get something better than money handed down to them.
I read comment about the staff, and I’ve seen some of the short-​time folks there exhibit that behavior *but* you will be treated like a king (or queen) by the long term staff that really does value you. Those young ones «rough around the edges» will either wash out or they’ll get with the program. If you ever feel you weren’t treated right, take the time to let Len know (the manager) or just get help from someone else.

Great place for guns and ammo as well as reloading. Ask for Len he is the boss and has many years at Huntington’s, he is a very knowledgeable individual. Great customer service as well!!!

Didn’t buy anything as I was traveling and having to drive 8 hours to pick up a firearm 10 days later is just not appealing. Nice selection of high end ammo (like everyone else, they are out of the cheap stuff do to the paranoia of society). Nice selection of everything and a great vintage firearm collection/​museum!

Just looking for a magazine and ammo. The bearded 20 something guy was unfriendly and acted put out for finding the items, generally the kind of snooty person that give gun stores a bad reputation.

I don’t live anywhere near this location, but go out of my way for their great selection. The great staff & organized isles make it very easy to find the products you want. I also appreciate their dedication to wild life organizations such as CWA & COHA.

Excellent source for hunting and fishing supplies. Nice selection of outdoor clothing and shoes. Be sure to check out their museum in the back of the store!
