The store is nice, clean and cleverly displayed. Prices are average to steep for second hand & thrift items. Staff is friendly & helpful. They do offer a buy/sell/trade option, but it’s poorly managed and seems to be a rip off. You are required to fill out a bunch of paperwork, don’t get any sort of receipt for your stuff, & you have to leave your items there for a week or more until someone decides to look at them. Whenever you finally get a call/message letting you know that they don’t want to offer you so much as a dollar for your new & used name brand items, you are informed that if you can’t come pick it all up within an hour or two of getting the call then it is considered«donated». Of course you will find it all priced at $ 4-$ 10+ each at a later date, so the store makes a nice chunk of change off your bag and you don’t even get a $ 1 credit to use toward other secondhand merchandise. It’s sure smells like a scam to me. It’s an okay place to buy, but I wouldn’t recommend bringing in your gently used clothing to ReSotored unless you just want to ditch it, in which case there are lots of other places in town that also accept donations.
