Got a watch as a birthday gift from my gf and it was a little too big. She told me about this place and we went in to get the links removed. Took literally less than 5 mins. Everyone there looks busy and know what they’re doing. I have a feeling I might go back there again sooner than I think. Nice easy going place when it comes to jewelry.

Unfortunately not a great experience here. Staff seemed a little reserved but did eventually ask if I needed help. Had a quote from them on some gold I was selling, went somewhere eles for a quote on the same gold and they beat marcozzi by over a hundred dollars. Had my ring sized and they never called when it was finished, I went in to find out about my ring and it was sitting there ready for pick up.

I came here and got my ring sized as well as had a stone put back on (I knocked it off). It cost $ 50, which I thought was cheap and they did an excellent job. It’s great to have business like this in Oroville. The guys who helped me were also very nice. I knocked the stone off two days before our engagement photo shoot and he did and quick fix and told me to come back after our photo shoot to get it refastened. He didn’t even charge me for the quick fix.
Oh yea, my ring came back SPARKLING because they cleaned it as a courtesy.

This is a gem of a store. Fabulously gorgeous jewelry. I wish I could afford to buy more as they having amazing options in the store and customized pieces available by special order. Much of my experience has been for repairs and cleaning and they are never any less friendly and helpful than when I’m shopping for new items

My husband just had his ring resized because it was a little loose on him now. We’ve got it for over 3 years, and because we bought it from them, they still resized it for free.

So you need jewelry and wonder where you should go. The mall has several with 50% off everything. Walmart sells cheap jewelry. For me I wonder how much they raise the price before giving 50% off and I want someone I can trust. I have bought several items from marcozzi’s and every time it is a relaxing endevour. The prices are fair without gimicks and the service is the best. Last time I walked in, told Rudy what I wanted, and he showed me some options. Even gave me a discount off the price.

I went here to have my engagement ring resized and some mistakes the original jeweler had made fixed. Marcozzi’s did a wonderful job and made my custom made ring look better then the day I got it. They were friendly and very helpful and told me I have free cleanings of the ring for life just for being thier customer.

Marcozzi Jewelers has been a landmark in the Oroville Area for many year. I was so impressed with the service we received. My watch and wedding ring set broke the same week. I took them to Marcozzi’s for repair. They went the extra mile and gave me a loner watch to use until my my fixed. Thank was Awesome. Now my watch is working again. and my 15 year old wedding ring set looks better than the day we bought them. Thanks Marcozzi’s I will send you referrals any day of the week.
