Taco Bell

The two stars are for the staff. Every single time I go through the drive thru they forget one of my items. Every time.

I came here a few weeks ago through drive thru! On my way to the movie theater, which is very close and convenient to this Taco Bell.
First off, the landscaping for this location is lovely, great parking lot, well lit for safety, and TB looks great from the outside at night! It took awhile to get through the drive thru and place my order, as several cars were in front of me… but totally fine, I was not in a hurry and I am a patient happy person :) The kid that took my order was super friendly and awesome, and he even asked me when I got to the window if I had ever tried the Steak meximelt? I had ordered the beef meximelt, so told him to go ahead and change it per his recommendations, seemed like it was one of his favorite things there. His customer service was excellent, calm, friendly, polite, Smiling, helpful, took order before me extremely patient cause I could hear the speaker on weirdo car in front of me, took my order correctly, communicated with the kitchen immediately when he changed my beef meximelt to a steak meximelt. I am certain he may have been a high school student. As soon as I got home that night after the movies, first thing I did was the store receipt survey!!! I specifically commented for him and the way he took my order, his pleasant customer service skills, and doing such a great job, that I had to voice my opinion for him, show my appreciation!

Probably one of the better run Taco Bells I’ve experienced, although I was once backed into in the drive-​thru at this location. I’m writing this review just for the fact that I tried their new XXL Steak Taco today and it was probably one of the best tacos I’ve ever had from Taco Bell.
