We were there on a weekday, had reservations. Marty the owner explained all the rules and requirements we had to follow. They have several brand new Tri-​Toon rentals. Equipment was spotless and looked well maintained. The dock workers were real friendly and explained the operation and safety when using the Tri-​Toon, with a little humor thrown in. They also had recommendations on where to go for swimming and or shore gazing. Great place and good help.

I had made a reservation 2 months out to ensure that we would have a boat for our vacation in August. Having heard nothing by the way of email or a phone call to confirm from their end a week prior, I decided to give them a ring.
Thank God I did.
They did not have my reservation. It took me about 4 phone calls in one day to get any sort of answer whatsoever as to whether or not I had a boat for the vacation, or if everyone with me was going to hate me for ruining the trip. Late at night I finally receive an answer «I guess we just didn’t write it down.» No apology, no empathy, nothing. As if that is somehow an acceptable answer.
After finally being able to speak with the manager, I was given choices of nearby boat rental places, who, as one could imagine, were rented out.
I would suggest avoiding this place if you want to be 100% certain that you will have a boat for your trip.

Chad was wonderful and helpful. Great time was had and the price was very reasonable too. Will go again.
