Aquire Restoration

used these guys to dry out our basement after a sump pump failure I would not recommend them at all. they stuck equipment in our basement for a few days, unplugged the wash machine and dryer to do it. Blew a fuse in the basement and didn’t know it because they never came back to check their machinery. Tried to tell me what i needed to do and have them do to make my insurance claim, all of which was wrong. and left before the basement was dry. Don’t get me wrong I has happy to see them leave.

Long story short, due to a power outage and our lack of a generator, our sump pump was off line for several hours and we ended up with some category 1 water (education from Andie) in the finished and unfinished sides of the basement. Understanding I didn’t have the time to do my due diligence to find the restoration service that I felt comfortable with, I called several to get the ball moving. Megan from Aquire was the first to call back to see how they could help. She was professional, helpful and a pleasure to speak with. She took the basic info from me, advised that Andrea (Andie) would be calling me shortly to discuss the details of the situation.
Within 15 minutes I received a call from Andie. She was just as professional and helpful as Megan. I gave her my assessment, but she needed to stop by and check moisture levels and view the situation herself since we had a portion of the basement that was finished. She came by the same day I called and was willing to work with my limited free time. Within a few hours, a crew showed up and began the clean up process.
Every person I worked with at Aquire was professional, polite, friendly and thoroughly answered my questions. I felt very comfortable with working with them and very happy that they called me back first. Though I have taken steps to avoid being without power for more than 15 seconds, if I ever have a need for a restoration service, I’m only making one call and that will be Aquire Restoration.
