Starbucks

Crappiest coffee. It took the girl forever to put in an iced coffee with cream into the order panel. Then I got what looked like a slightly beige glass of milk. The girl fixed it and it was no better. Ugh.

This Starbucks is on my way to work and stopped here several times to get my Americano. More than 50% of the time, I have to request for another one as they can not get their espresso shots right. It’s always just like water.

They were way too busy, so they were sloppy and rushed. I ordered a raspberry white mocha and got a mocha instead, because the cashier put it in wrong without me noticing. I also ordered a shaken iced green tea. They are supposed to actually shake it, but instead, they just poured in the water and swirled it around in the cup. Also, one of my cups had weird purple stains on it. The stains were chunky too. So I got a dirty cup. That is unacceptable and disgusting! Very gross and unsanitary.

I had a hair in my sausage egg sandwich mind you I paid a lot for my total order and all I got was a $ 4 gift card and oh this came from the factory with hair in it already which is fucking gross so I no longer eat anything in there and $ 4 really having hair in your food is worth more than 4 fucking dollars

I usually get great customer service as of lately. My drinks have been made right and I don’t feel like I get the attitudes I used to get (yes I can be one of those fussy drink orders!) I just don’t like how long the drive thru waits can be. They are super busy at times and their drive thru isn’t functional for it and the service gets slowed down at busy times. But overall great service and good attention to detail with drinks.

I don’t know, y’all…I’m just not feeling this particular Starbucks. The first time I got my fave hazelnut latte here, something was just… off. I mentioned it to the barista and she remade it, commenting that they were at the end of that bottle of syrup. So, points for fixing it, but no points for messing it up in the first place.
Also, the one and only time I got just a regular cup of coffee here (I know, I know, don’t get the regular coffee…), it was just BAD. Like, I buy the blonde roast beans and make them at home, and it tastes great — so what was that?! Again, I went back to the counter and asked if it had been sitting or something, and the guy got me a fresh cup, which was only marginally better.
The layout here too is weirdly cramped. The pick-​up counter is in the back corner, so people stack up waiting for stuff, and then they have to elbow their way back out to the front door. There’s not a lot of tables, and it seems like it’s always really loud. Honestly, if I (or the boyfriend) really want Starbucks, I’ll suck it up and come here, but I’d rather just get coffee at Kwik Trip.

Life just moves slower in Oshkosh than it does in Chicago…
There’s no sense of urgency about this location, even on mornings the drive-​through line is wrapped around the building. I suppose that’s part of the charm, but if you’re used to the fast-​paced tempo of an urban location, this location will kill your soul.
Coffee is good, staff is friendly… but budget your time accordingly.

This Starbucks staff is awesome — we placed an order with 8 different drinks through the drive-​thru and they had them ready by the time we pulled to the window to pay. Ridiculously fast, accurate service — and super friendly! I’m way impressed, Starbucks — nicely done!

Oh thank you SBUX for coming to Koeller. Almost didn’t make it after the quadruple roundabouts on 9^th. We actually found a table & could finish some work (after work even!) Our favs are the Venti Mochas.
