We order from here quite often, or did anyway. We rarely had any issues if ever but the last time we ordered delivery, i learned i wont be going back. The breadsticks were not fully done & the pizza must have tipped over between here & there because it was completely smooshed and the toppings were stuck to the pizza box. We called right away but were told that they had shut the ovens down already so could not fix it, they offered us 5.00 off next order, i said i was not satisfied with that since i just spent close to 30.00 and could eat none of it. I said they could come get the food and just refund me, but no. The manager was rude & didn’t seem very well trained at all.

I ordered the veggie pizza and it was very good.
The person who took my order was excellent cause I requested some special items and they were perfect.
I had the thin crust… I recommend this for sure!

This place has the best pizza. THE. BEST. PIZZA. That I’ve had in a long time. It’s always fresh, tastes amazing and they’re very friendly. I usually order a pizza with a side of inn-​stix (get them) and I’m never disappointed.
Their food tastes fresh and is affordable. Definitely try it if you’re ever in k-​zoo.

I’ve been a Cottage Inn customer for a few years now.
I think they have some of the best sandwiches in town. I love their pizza sub (I get pepperoni and bacon). It’s always saucy, hot and high quality.
Their Cottage Inn Stix are quite good, as well their cheese sticks are very good too.
Their sauce is great, their garlic butter is fantastic.
I’m not a big fan of their pizza crust. Something about it is kinda chewy. I don’t notice this as much in the bread or cheese sticks.
Service is always great and delivery is usually on time.
They have great deals for students too!

I had a medium thin crust pizza with an alfredo sauce, artichoke hearts, spinach and mushroom. Delicious! Nice crispy crust and flavorful toppings.

My boyfriend got a free pizza from here when moving into his apartment just down the road. We expected it to be ok, and were pretty blown away when this way flavor packed pizza came out to us at the table. We went with a basic sausage pizza, and it didn’t disappoint!
Do yourself a favor and get the garlic cheese bread. It’s so tasty…

If you want piping hot, fresh and loaded pizza call up cottage inn! They have one of the largest delivery zones for a pizza place in this area. You definitely want to try the cinna stix with icing or regular inn stix with their homemade garlic cream cheese dip. Cottage inn wins for best pizza in the area hands down. Worth the money.

We’ve tried a couple pizzas from here and loved them all. Our favorite custom pizza is bacon, spinich, feta, pepperoni and sausage. Our favorite speciality pizza is the chicken artichoke.

Since I moved to Kalamazoo for college I have discovered Cottage Inn and absolutely love it. The service at this location is great and the pizza is always made well. I personally think it tastes much better than a lot of the other pizza joints around this area and don’t mind paying a little extra for a quality pizza.

The pizza is above average, but the staff is excellent. My wife placed an order and forgot to ask about coupons/​specials. When I showed up, I mentioned the issue (i.e., who pays full price for pizza?) and they were quick to come to my rescue. My $ 51 order soon became $ 46, as they found a way to put our order of 4 pizzas into a couple of specials to reduce the price. I have only been here twice, but each time has been a good experience. They are pretty laid back, which can be good or bad, but friendly and helpful nonetheless. If the pizza were better (a good place to order from, but only a small step up from other chains), this could easily be a 5 star place.

I gave up on Cottage Inn 10 years ago because of the unfresh ingredients. However, I decided to take a chance and I ordered the chicken Mediterranean. It was delivered very quickly and tasted great. They do not skimp on the toppings!
