McDonald’s

I always drive to this McD location. If you’re in Maple Grove, this is the best one. Fast, courteous, and fresh. I don’t eat fast food often, but once in a while I treat my kids. The fries are always fresh & they remember your condiments.

Not a dependable location. We tend to eat here most often due to proximity to our home. However, I find food and service here to be inconsistent. For example, it’s a crap shoot as to whether fries will be hot and crisp or cold and soggy. Milkshakes are often thin and under –mixed. Tonight at 5:45 pm, I ordered $ 14 in food in the drive through (which was not busy), and they somehow missed 3 orders of small fry. I parked and went inside. They had 11 employees working, and most were crowded around the coffee machine and fries. What manager would seemingly overstaff so heavily? I barely got an apology. The most sincere apology came not from a manager (who did acknowledge me), but from a 16 year old– boy tossing fries in the fryer way in the back. They do have a nice, clean interior with two tvs, but they could use more volume for the kids when it’s not busy inside.

this place need more people to work during lunch hours… when i was here they screwed someones order in drive thru and supervisor or manager was working on cash register and he almost screwed up my order… he is also kind of a rude guy or just does not care about customers…

Excellent staff! Great environment. 2 flat screen tv’s that are playing animated movies, comfy chairs, a fireplace, and fine décor. This isn’t your normal McDonald’s fast food joint. It could be a coffee shop. Worth driving Out of the way for this one’s environment and staff!
