Have always gotten my carpeting here since I moved to The Woods in Ossining 10 years ago. Always had really good service and very pleased with my carpets. Had a problem with the latest carpet I had installed in my bedroom (something they defined as pooling) and the owner Bob Rossi totally stood behind his excellent reputation and replaced it. This was something he did not have to do since the carpet industry claims they are not responsible for this happening. I would never buy my carpets from anyone else. I think this is an outstanding carpet store and I salute Bob Rossi who stands behind his products and puts service above all else.
