Did a great job, and went out of the way to repair a ripped button for free(even though it was caused by me). Will come again.

Évaluation du lieu : 1 Ossining, NY
When I first moved to Ossining several years ago, I would use Phil’s Cleaners & the service was almost always rude or borderline. I found another dry cleaners, but the other day, it was just more convenient so I thought I would give them another try. I took two special occasion dresses to be cleaned. The price was high but I wanted them professionally cleaned. Today, when I got them home, I went to put them into their garment bags, I was shocked to find that the«professional» Phil’s cleaners has skewered BOTH of my dressed with thick safety pins to hold them to the hanger. I would expect even an amateur to know better than to poke holes in satin. The weight of the fabric pulled the dress down on the safety pin, causing further damage to one dress than the initial hole made. The other dress was badly creased all along the skirt portion of the dress & I do not think the dress was cleaned at all. It was later in the day & they were closed when I was finding all the damage done. I am going to request a refund & for them to compensate me for an alternate business to repair the damage. Just awful. Save yourself the headache & find an alternate.
