Bed Bath & Beyond

Had such a wonderful experience here today! I bought a lighted mirror and asked to see it before buying, a really sweet woman helped me and even plugged it in!
Not many people would go out of their way to help you like she did– but they went above and beyond.

This may be the best Bed Bath and Beyond I’ve been to. On this most recent visit I had an issue with an item I had previously purchased here and the manager, Terri, and another employee at the service desk were wonderful. Kudos for excellent customer service!
There is currently a large clearance sale going on and even the older discounted merchandise is clean and well displayed unlike two other BB&B I’ve been to in the last couple weeks. Great attention to detail.
I was also able to easily pick up some bathroom accessories I’d been looking for and the layout and full stock made that very easy.
There are other Bed Bath & Beyonds a bit closer to home but this is the location I choose to shop at. Hopefully things never change here.

Bed Bath & Beyond is consistent no matter the location. I used to frequent this place when I lived in North Carolina, and going to this one in Oswego was like stepping in a time machine. Everything was exactly the same! I love going here for house décor, especially their beach stuff. I used to live near Atlantic Beach, so my kitchen and bathroom is all beach themed. Now that I live out here, it’s really hard to find beach-​themed décor, but Bed Bath & Beyond never fails me. I bought my dishes from here, my bedroom comforter, my curtains, most of my décor, this beautiful cherry wood wine cabinet, and the list goes on. Sometimes they can be a little expensive, but they always send out 20% off coupons or you can find them online. I use one every time I go and it makes a huge difference when buying the more expensive stuff.

OK, when I list my «A List» of stores I love going into, Bed, Bath & Beyond is near the top of the list. What a cool store! Not only does it have almost everything for your home, it’s full of high quality products.
I would gladly pay a little more any day for a product that will last. I’ve purchased a Cuisinart blender and food processor and love them both. It’s a great store when your gift shopping for a birthday, or Christmas. So many great ideas.
I’ve also found their return and exchange policies to be very customer friendly. I keep my receipts and there is NEVER a question.
What a great addition to Oswego retailing!
