Dunkin’ Donuts

Called to confirm they open at 4:30 AM and ordered a dozen donuts for a 4:45 AM pick-​up for the following day.
Got there at 4:45 AM, place was not open. Waited 10 minutes and left. Ended up at Panera which is much better.

While I am not a coffee drinker, my daughter LOVES donuts, so we came in here once before school to grab a quick treat. Let me just say standing in line with a screaming 5 year old while the employees take 10 mins to get my order and roll their eyes at me is not the way I’d like to spend my morning.

This is the worst dunkin ever… it always takes foreverrrrrrr and they are always out of something and they aren’t very friendly. Their coffee also tastes way different and not in a good way than other dunkins I’ve been too… it’s worth it to go out of your way to find another… or go to the Starbucks down the street!

Was there at 5:15 am this morning. Employees were very helpful. Decided to get some donuts for the OPD as a random thank you. The guy at counter was very friendly and had a good sense of humor especially at that time. Donuts were very fresh as he had to go in the back to get the donuts. I will admit I have been multiple times and always have good service. Also know they are big supporters of our local Heros/​OPD. I will be back! Thx!

For starters, their donuts leave a strange filmy feeling on the roof of my mouth. Not pleasant.
Second, I ordered a bagel from there and it was rock. solid. This was UN-​toasted. Totally stale. Not cool.

Avoid at all costs!!! Found a hair in the icing of my pumpkin donut! They said they don’t make anything there. Which is a lie! They all do not wear hair nets. When I told them to wear them they said they do not make any food there, such BS! Disgusting! Contacted corporate! Needs to be shut down! Health code violations!

Everything is good here… donuts, coffee, sandwiches nd etc. most employees are friendly. But one bad thing is that they take forever to make sandwiches… way too long …

Horrible service and utter chaos behind the counter. I watched three people walk out because of how long they waited on orders and ours took 25 minutes because they forgot. The food was all microwave type food. Would rate it zero stars if I could.

Awesome Dunkin Donuts! The employees are so nice and friendly, the donuts are delicious, and the coffee is great. They get it right every time. Normally, this place is pretty packed, but don’t let that deter you from going. They are very fast workers! While one person is taking your order, you have someone else making it for you. Before you can even swipe your card to pay, they have your order ready for you. The store is also very clean. They have a lot of seating, it’s well organized, and they always decorate the inside for holidays. If you go in there now, they have a bunch of red, white, and blue streamers all over the place. My only complaint is the drive-​thru. It is the weirdest drive-​thru I have ever seen, but I can deal with it.

Yeah, like the other said… not a great one. I don’t care much if the location (drive thru, etc) is bad… but the food isn’t good either. I Love me a Dunkin’ latte… but htey need to go back to barista school. The lattes here are horrible!!! Generally, just a small layer on top is milk… but there is probably a ¼ of the cup is steamed milk so when that’s gone, you got like ½ a cup of beverage. The flavors aren’t good at all either. I’m not sure what the deal is, but every time I go here its disappointing. I had some hashbrowns today an I think they were in there from yesterday. A few of them I REALLY had to chew to eat them… you shouldn’t have to really chew hashbrowns to eat them. Ick. Service is fairly quick, but that’s about the only positive and friendly service. Avoid this location.

Terrible location and crazy set up for the drive through menu/​order. You have to drive around to the back of the strip mall to access the drive through menu and order speaker. It is literally in the alley of the strip mall.
It is a pain in the first place, just to get to this location. It is off RT. 34, but you have to enter the mall area and drive to the small strip mall that it is located in. Not very busy, probably because of the terrible location. Very needed Dunkin Donuts to the area. Worst location choice. Much better places to put this location in the area. WHY HERE?
