Integrative Healing Spa

I loved my pedicure! Kaycee was amazing and took care of my poor tattered vacation feet. They look and feel simply amazing! The spa is so peaceful and everyone so nice. A great find in Oswego!

So I finally succumbed and did a half day of treatments. Best decision ever.
I started with a classic 30-​minute facial with Ashley. My skin is hypersensitive and reacts easily, but none of the products she used irritated my skin. Her touch was gentle and the results were a healthy glow.
I then had a 30-​minute massage with Cassie. As I normally see a different massage therapist here, I was pleased to find out that Cassie too has «magic hands» that do a thorough job of finding the knots and working them out at just the right amount of pressure.
I next did 20 minutes in the infrared sauna. I’ve always wanted to try one, knowing it has numerous health benefits. It was wonderful.
Last I had I spa pedicure with Erica. She did a wonderful, meticulous job and my feet and calves feel fantastic.
Was an awesome way to spend a work holiday. Prices are an extremely valuable exchange for the services received.
Might need to do this every so often.

I am a student at the college near this Spa and this spa offers great deals for students. I come here regularly for massages and for waxing. Every time I come I am greeted by a welcoming staff and receive great service. They really like to give back to their customers with their annual Christmas Holiday event.

I’ve been going to Integrative since… well BEFORE Amber WAS Integrative Healing Health Spa!!! One of the best massages by any of the three therapists I’ve used. I don’t think you’ll get a less than satisfactory massage by any of the employees. I need deep tissue, and no one skimps on my needs. PLUS, the facility is a delight. Subdued lighting. WARM rooms, lovely scents (if you want them, none if you don’t), and relaxing options like sauna, yoga, meditation, and herbal body wraps. It’s all there, and more!
