Diamond Dave’s was like Chilli’s a typical bar and grill, but it was inside the Quincy Place Mall. Even though this place has since closed down. They had some good food mostly Mexican and Southwestern cuisines. It was the closest thing to Chillis since the only other location was Fiesta Cantina off the interstate as you come into town for mexican food. It’s moderately priced as well and average you would be looking at about $ 10 – 20 depending on what you were having. It’s been nearly 20 years since I had been back to Ottumwa, but I won’t forget the food from this place.
