My waitress was respectful and on point, but the food was pretty gross. Last time we went my friend got food poisoning, this time we got super undercooked chicken. The people sitting behind us had multiple problems with their food aswell. Shitty applebees.

The server was not attentive at all! The other servers were off in the corner and was very loud! Leslie was our servers name! The food was nothing like the picture! She got both our orders wrong! No impressed at all! No sense of pace or time here! Not coming back! I don’t even want to give one star but that’s not an option to give 0 stars

Taking advantage of their Monday hamburger special, we really had a nice time and enjoyed the food. Initially, we were greeted my the manager and the hostess, who promptly sat us. We ordered the All American with pickles and onions cooked all throughout the burger and smothered in cheese. In addition, we started with the wedge salad that was fantastic, too! The very efficient, attentive and pleasant Aleena took excellent care of us! Way to go, Applebee’s!

It’s been a long while since we’ve been. The reason for this is because the service was awful! It was always a bit slow, but on said night, we arrived, were seated, and then sat, and sat, and sat. Multiple people walked by, but they ignored us. We couldn’t even get anyone’s attention. The place was not busy at all. After 15 minutes, we grabbed the kids and left. Haven’t been back since. Hope things are better there now.

So the people are friendly and kind, but the food was disappointing. We had the wings which if you could get through the heavy breading and skim off some of the sauce drowning the chicken, then you can actually see and taste the chicken. Pasta plates at the table next to us looked awful, yet the fajitas at another time table smelled wonderful.
