Core Strategies Physical Therapy

It’s a bit odd to say that I enjoyed coming to Core Strategies, but I kinda did. I chose Core Strategies after having a sub-​par experience at another physical therapy group following an earlier shoulder surgery. I knew that I would need great PT following my shoulder replacement and I sure got it.
One of the things I was most impressed with was the focused individual attention. I worked with three different physical therapists and each had a slightly different approach, but all were excellent. I’m convinced that the excellent attention I got from the professionals at Core Strategies was one of the keys to my incredibly fast and successful recovery. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to loved ones.

I have been going for a frozen shoulder, have seen 3 different therapists, all awesome. So helpful with body alignment and reteaching my body and posture in order to prevent further problems. Was not a big believer in PT, they have totally changed my mind! Saralynn at the front is an angel as well.

The best PT’s around and sorry to say I’ve been to several others. Highly recommend them especially Noelle. She has literally changed my life and given me new hope about my future mobility
