Most of staff here are wonderful!!! My girls love French crullers so that’s all we norm get. I’ve used the drive thru a few times. One time I asked how many French crullers they had as it was late morning.(Options tend to be limited which you can’t complain.) The person asked how many I need. I said maybe a dozen if possible. They said they can’t give me a dozen as it’s all they have left. My initial thought was, if Walmart did that, I’m sure they wouldn’t have made it this far. It’s one thing to not have product but to have it and not want to sell it seems … I don’t know.

We have been coming to Dunkin Donuts for YEARS now! We love this place! We don’t mind waiting in line because we love their coffee & donuts so much! A favorite of ours!

Ordered a bagel sandwich, paid, waited like 10 minutes then they told us there were no bagels. Poor planning and performance, no apology or anything for not having what I ordered, paid for, and waited for.

Boo, Dunkin’ Donuts. I’ve been so spolied having a Lamar’s Donuts within a few blocks of my residence. Lamar’s employees are sweet and kind and happy to serve the best and fluffiest donuts around. Dunkin’ is the opposite. The employees were cranky and slow and their jelly-filled is a sad excuse for a donut. It was all powedery and not very filled at all. The apple juice was good, but Minute Maid did all the work on that one. Lamar’s forever.

I get coffee almost every day. Today was no exception. I’m writing this review based off screwed up orders in the past. As well as the fact that I had 15 extra minutes before work today. Like a reasonable person I thought that was plenty of time to drive thru for a cup of coffee. Boy do I regret this now as it’s been 20 minutes and I am still in line with three cars ahead of me. I’m trapped in their god forsaken drive thru line and am definitely going to be late for work. There is no way out of this drive thru the curbs are too big and its jam packed with I am assuming are equally angry customers. Way to be, I will NEVER come to this dunkin again. I’m livid. Long story short of you need coffee in less than a half hour, reconsider stopping here. Strike three Dunkin. Btw it’s been another five minutes and I havent moved a single car.

The donuts are great, but be prepared for a 10 minute wait in the drive through, any time of day. 3 times in the last two months, and we average 10 minutes of wait time, and only 4 – 5 cars in line. Need to do something about the wait.

I’ve been to this store many many times. One of my kids used to work here. The donuts are not freshly and continuously made like Krispy Kreme, and that loses a star for me. When they run out, they are out. Don’t get me wrong, I love just about any donut you place in front of me, so I do enjoy them here. The coffee is good, and they are doing the requisite experimenting to compete with Starbucks. They have better sandwiches, than Starbucks, and they heat them in little ovens. There’s more flavor to them probably because there’s no attempt to sell them as healthy. This is not a froofy coffee and donut shop. This is all the sugar and fat and caffeine you can stand. I would give em 4 stars for that, but for the mismanagement of their inventory. Somehow, whatever I seem to feel a need to order, they have sold out of for the day. When I last checked in, I had stopped in for a bagel for my daughter who was ill. They had no bagels left. Shucks.

I really wish there was a way to do negative stars, but I have had it with this place. I have been going to this location since I moved jobs and order the same thing everyday. One donut and a ice mocha coffee w/cream and sugar. Since I have been going, I would say since June, they have gotten my drink right 10% of the time. TODAYISLASTSTRAW(literally). When I got to the window, they forgot what my drink was, then they made me the wrong thing, AFTERSAYINFMYORDERFACETOFACE, and then put the lid on wrong and spilt all over my shirt before work. TERRIBLEPLACE!!!

I am a Starbucks lady at heart but this place brings many warm memories. I have recently been going here more often and love the atmosphere. The staff are very kind, especially kind and helpful. And an update: I am CONSTANTLY in the drive-thru, and I have never had a problem. Ever. I always have top-notch service. I wish they were pushing the rewards program as I am not sure how it works. Honestly to the people who are complaining, if you’re in a rush make coffee at home, orders get messed up sometimes, it happens. If it’s more than 10 minute wait, leave the line.

I had to wait in the drive through for 20 minutes before they even took my order! The way they have their drive through set up, you can’t leave once you are in line so I was stuck until it was my turn. After placing my order, I paid right away and then waited a few more minutes for my drink. Then a couple of minutes later, with 3 employees standing at the window chatting to each other, I was told that they were out of the sandwich I ordered. I don’t know why it took them so long to figure that out or why they waited so long to tell me. I was given my money back for the sandwich and was on my way. Very disappointed at the service!

I love Dunkin Donuts and this location is great. We used to go to Starbucks, but the regular coffee here is so much better. I will say they tend to mess up my wife’s vanilla latte orders from time to time, but the drink is so much cheaper and just as good. I will say that they have some new staff as of this writing, and our orders are getting messed up a lot more than they used to… but we are patient and they always fix promptly if mistakes are made. With the prices, discounts and frequent prunch card, you cannot beat Dunkin — the regular coffee is the best ‘mainstream’ coffee in the country — PERIOD.

Used to be amazing. Slow service. Always out of k-cups, I mean you can’t order them and stores don’t keep on hand.

Good luck finding a time when there aren’t at least 6 cars in this drive-thru. The longest I’ve ever waited is 15 minutes — which isn’t bad — but have always been greeted with a smile and exactly what I ordered.

AMAZING service! I stopped in this morning with my daughter and was amazed at how friendly and halpful everyone was. There was a woman that was walking out the door to go home after her shift and asked me how my coffeee was. I told her it was good, but a little sweet for my taste so she took the time to walk back and fix it. She wasn’t even the one who had made the coffee… Wish I wouldv’e gotten her name!

I have been a patron of this store since it first opened. The people who work behind the counter recognize me and have always been incredibly friendly, fast, efficient. However, this location is so popular now that I find myself starting to go back to Starbucks as I simply do not have 10 – 15 minutes to wait in line to order coffee. Please understand, these numbers are not exaggerations. This morning, while in line, I waited 16 and a half minutes. I do not fault the manager, Max. I do fault the location which is simply TOOSMALL to cater to the entire South Overland Park area. Making matters worse, the store is one of the smallest Dunkin Donuts I have ever seen. The parking lot is tiny and full of children racing between SUVs that gingerly try to back out of the tight parking spots. In the beginning, I could be in/out of Dunkin Donuts in 2 – 3 minutes. Now the experience is so stressful and time-consuming that I simply find myself settling for an inferior Starbucks product. Please encourage this franchisee to move to a better location or build another Dunkin Donuts in the area. Thank you.

I’m so glad they finally put a DD into the KC Metro area. Too bad it’s so far from home! I’m not a coffee drinker, but I think it beats Starbucks every way, but sideways any day of the week. I LOVETHECOFFEE and the flavors. Coconut and Hazelnut! The bagels are enjoyable, too, though not the best I’ve had. However, the best I’ve had in KC Metro. Great location. It’s rather busy.

I remember the not so good DD in Topeka and Lawrence. So I was weary about trying a DD here. However I was on their twitter, facebook, and email newsletter. They kept bombarding me with all the goodness. So I decided to finally take a ride after a good workout and replace calories I just burned. I walk in and it was more crowded behind the counter than out. As there was no one in line. Oh the rush to serve me was awesome. Even by the manager. We started a friendly conversation about classes. My workout gear screams I’m an instructor. lol It’s nice that even in a simple donut run, if a place is not busy that they show they are interested in their customers. Yes, even in mid-day the donuts were yummy fresh. Never what I got in past DD.

I don’t think this place could ever live up to the hype bestowed by some people waiting for DD to return to the KC area. Never been to a Dunkin Donuts before this. I don’t drink coffee, so I don’t care how good people tell me it is. The donuts left me unimpressed. Definitely not better than any donut I’ve had anywhere else in the city. The spicing on the normal cake donut was actually kind of gross.
